Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath townhome close to KU campus. Fully furnished with queen size beds and two full bathrooms. Wonderful spot to visit college students, take in a football or basketball game.

Easy-peasy, cozy stay

Clean and comfortable. Nice household products (hand soap, dish soap, etc). Good selection of K-cups. Quiet neighborhood.

Excellent Family Get Together

Nice and clean condo for our family get together over the 4th of July. Condo was well supplied and conveniently located for our group. Quick responses to our questions. Would stay there again.

Great option for visiting KU and your kids.

So found the property within weeks of daughter’s KU graduation. Already had a couple hotel rooms but really wanted vrbo. The owner was very communicative and offered more than enough information to be the first renters. Clean, bedrooms were furnished with the basics. Beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have patio furniture however, knowing the owner just got property listed so that was not a problem. Would highly recommend this for visits to KU or the Lawrence area in general. Also owner is local so that always helps. Garage, driveway and roadside parking more than ample.
