Fishing Cabin Getaway

Host owned, clean and unique fishing cabin getaway. Plenty of space for parking. This quaint cabin has a small front porch with two rocking chairs so you can enjoy your morning's coffee or a night beverage. A stone's throw from Waterfront and the boat ramp, and a short drive to The City Harbor and nearby local areas, this cabin is located in a great area. This SMOKE FREE cabin has parking areas right outside the door where you can park during your stay and store your boat, if needed.

The space
This is a SMOKE FREE CABIN and PET FREE CABIN! Any violation will result in an automatic $250 fine!

The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Though the space is small, it has all you need for a getaway. The cabin has a small fridge, microwave, tv with streaming (no cable). Wi-Fi included. Two people can spend the morning sipping coffee on the porch rocking chairs. There are fresh towels and linens provided for two people.

The site also has another tiny home available for rent. It may or may not be occupied so please be courteous. Both cabins are recently finished with all new appliances and finishes.

For the safety of the owner and guests, the outside parking areas and driveways are monitored by security cameras.

Guest access
The entire cabin is available for guests to access. The cabin has its own entrance but shares a driveway and parking areas with another tiny home on site. The split unit located inside the cabin controls the temperature throughout the cabin. There is a remote located in the drawers under the TV.

Other things to note
No key is provided to enter your cabin. You will be provided an access code and the door has a key pad. You will input your code when coming and going from the cabin. The ceiling fan and lights are also controlled by a remote located inside the door. Please leave the remote on the wall and adjust the fan and light using that remote.
