On a hillside just a block and a half from the beach lies a peaceful and yet centrally-located refuge on Catalina Island. It is in a small and quiet building of just 3 condominiums. One bath (shower, no tub) is off the bedroom, and the other bath (shower, no tub) is off the living room. The bedroom has a queen and a single bed, while the living room has a daybed and a trundle bed. There is a full kitchen or you can visit nearby restaurants. Coin washer/dryer and beach chairs in laundry room.
The space has a full equipped kitchen should you choose to enjoy a meal at home.
Two night minimum stay. bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin. One Trundle bed in the living room
Guests have 100% of condo
Other things to note
Bring quarters for coin washer/dryer. Beach umbrella and chairs available as well as beach blanket. Kitchen has coffee maker and small counter-top oven for pizza. Kitchen is fully equipped. Large capacity wi-fi. TV in living room and also in bedroom.
