This recently renovated lower-level duplex vacation rental in Avalon, California, offers two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms and is a fantastic find for any family or group vacation.
Located on "the flats, " ideally located within walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and local attractions. Enjoy Catalina Island activities or prepare a delicious home cooked meal in the gorgeous fully stocked kitchen.
This vacation home is the lower unit of a duplex on Catalina Island and is comprised of a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, mirrored closet and a 3/4 marble bathroom, plus a guest bedroom with a king-size bed, closet and 3/4 marble bathroom.
The back bedroom has a separate sliding glass door to the outside covered patio for private access. Relax outside on the patio with plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone, BBQ and extra space great for those island summer nights!
The open floor living space area features a seating area, smart tv and a queen sofa sleeper andmultiple windows inviting light inside. Enjoy the large kitchen which features brand-new cabinets and granite countertops, fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and cooking utensils which makes it an ideal gathering spot to cook and entertain simultaneously.
