Towing Policy: Vehicles parked in violation of these rules are subject to immediate towing at the owner's expense.
-If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent.
-We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. Please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.
