The Parkville Nook

Looking for the perfect place to spend the holidays?

The Nook is a newly renovated, single family home in downtown Parkville. The Nook offers a spacious floor plan, 2 private decks, and a large backyard. It is the perfect place for a couples get away or family vacation.

We offer high speed internet, a full kitchen, washer and dryer and a fire pit! The TV is equipped with an Amazon fire-stick.

We love hosting and offering the perfect get away location! Parkville is the best small town with all of the big city amenities! The Nook is 15 minutes from the Kansas City Airport and just 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions regarding the Parkville Nook, the area, or planning your getaway!

The house was very clean and had everything that you need. Heather was easy to get in touch with and she worked with us when the weather changed our travel schedule. The location is wonderful and the decks and side yard were just what we needed.

Great property!

We stayed at this property as we were in town to attend a wedding at Hawthorne House, just .9 of a mile away. It was exactly as it is listed and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely LOVED this property! Great communication with Heather, very easy check-in, very clean, comfortable beds. Wonderful place for us to stay for our little family reunion with my parents that live in TX (we are in AL).

Everything about The Nook was great. Heather has done a beautiful job of decorating, etc. to make us feel very welcomed and "at home" here. She followed up later that evening to be sure we had arrived and were settled in, which we were thanks to her prior instructions. So many little details made things comfortable for us.

Very clean and comfy stay

The property was very clean and was at a beautiful end of a road with a creek running by it. Quiet with comfortable beds. Would stay here again!!
