If you are looking for one of the most unique properties on Tim's Ford Lake then look no further! This beautiful lake mansion is perched around 200 feet above the lake and has some of the most expansive views that the are has to offer! This amazing home boasts 5000 square feet, dock with a boat slip, hot tub, billiards, poker, kayaks, SUPs, an amazing outdoor space + plenty more! You and your guests are sure to make the memories of a lifetime here! We look forward to hosting you!

Step outside and immerse yourself in outdoor paradise. Gather around the firepit for cozy evenings, fire up the grill for a barbecue, or head down to the dock for a day of fishing, swimming, kayaking, and more. Your perfect lakeside escape awaits!

For those seeking excitement, take advantage of local attractions such as Jack Daniel's Distillery, Uncle Nearest Distillery, and George Dickel Distillery, Tim's Ford State Park, and the scenic Elk River.

You will be able to drive a vehicle down to the dock on the concrete path. There is a turn around spot so you can drive back up the hill. The hill is steep, but you can walk to the dock if you would like.

It's important to note that this property is perfect for families seeking a tranquil getaway, and parties are not allowed to preserve the peaceful ambiance. Please be mindful of noise and respectful of neighbors

-TVA begins pulling the water level down in November to winter level. November-March you will not be able to pull a boat into the slip, but you can still go to the dock and water for activities.
-The paved path going down to the dock is steep and caution should be used at all times.
-2 of the bedrooms shown downstairs do not have windows

    We had a wonderful stay for our July 4th gathering. The house was perfect and accommodated the variety of ages within our group. The bonus was the dock and spending time floating and kayaking! The view from the balconies were outstanding. We will definitely plan another stay in this home. The hosts answered every question and were extremely nice to deal with at anytime. Highly recommend!

    Excellent stay!

    We spent a weekend at the property and visited two whiskey distilleries. We had a blast! The location is awesome. We had everything we needed during our stay, and the hosts were super communicative. I would love to return one day with my kiddos and during a warmer time of year!

    Everything was amazing! The hosts made sure that all info about the house was clear and understood and made us feel like we were in our own home. The house was clean,spacious,and cozy. The view from almost every room in the house was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the family of deer. At one point it looked like they were playing ring around the rosey. No matter what you want to do at that house they have it covered for you. Simply put no negatives all positives. Thanks for having us in your home and we look forward to checking out some of your other properties.

    We had an amazing stay. Had kids of all ages, so much space, huge kitchen with everything lots of beds and extra blankets. Lake with kayaks and SUP, tons of towels and extra life vests. Would definitely stay again :)

    Wedding Weekend Stay

    We were in town for our son’s wedding and rented this property for the groomsmen to stay in. The house was beautiful, extremely clean and very very spacious. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The arcade game was a huge hit!! And the property management was top notch!! Thank you for such a lovely weekend!

    View was amazing! Kids loved hot tub, poker table and pool table. We actually are booked to stay here again at the end of the summer. Property Manager is super helpful.

    Incredible House and Breathtaking views

    We were very impressed with this property and it made a perfect location to celebrate a good friend. Two kitchens, exterior fire pit, and on and on. The views are like nothing else and we will do our best to return here.

    Summer Getaway for Family of 10

    Great lake house with LOTS of space inside and out for our family to gather. We had a couple of rainy days, but still lots to do with pool table, game table, covered hot tub, and 3 large screen TVs. We loved the covered area down by the pier with lots of seating.

    Family New Years retreat

    Beautiful view. Beautiful home. It was lovely to just spend the week together in a lovely home where everyone had their own room. Great mix of togetherness and space to get away from each other from time to time. We couldn’t be more pleased. Hosts were available and attentive but not meddlesome.

    Great house on Tim’s Ford

    This house was so perfect for our annual book club retreat! Beautiful view, nice dock, porches, plenty of beds/bedrooms and bathrooms (a must for 9+ girlfriends in one place!). Lots of seating for eating and for watching TV. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Justin was very responsive and friendly. Just be sure to bring everything you need for cooking—there were no spices, oil, etc.(not even salt). But plenty of dishes and utensils. We hope to return next year!

    Annual family vacation

    This place was perfect for our vacation. The entire family gets together for some fun and relaxation. The kitchen is awesome for a large group. It was easy to make meals for 14 people. All the furniture was super nice and comfy. It was hard to get my father in law off the couch. We enjoyed playing pool and poker. We loved the location on the lake too. There was very little boat traffic so playing in the water and fishing were great experiences. And honestly the management could not have been better. Answered questions very quickly and were easy to get a hold of. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back

    Fantastic views!!! This house was exactly what we needed for our stay- 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs, 2 baths down, and 2.5 baths up. Plenty of room for 2 or more families to share. Kitchen had what we needed and we had family meals at the dining table. Puzzle done at the enormous island. Beautiful viewing room off kitchen and then on lower floor, a pool table. We enjoyed a night of poker at the poker table. There is a 2nd kitchen and eating area downstairs and downstairs 2 dens each with couches. The deck around the house had plenty of spots for multiple groups to congregate. The hill down to the dock is steep but our 2 four wheel drive vehicles made it just fine. The dock house has seating for 8 and 2 boat slips- We used one of them for our boat. There were a few lifejackets in the downstairs laundry room (there is upstairs laundry also). As seen in pictures, the house has been partially to mostly updated but everything works well. We would most definitely stay again!!!!
