I'm from Gainesville Florida and we manage a ton of student rentals and vacation rentals in St. Augustine. I'm also a realtor and love anything to do with rentals/rental investments etc. My husband and I own our own property management company and we love anything real estate! We love the beach and that St. Augustine isn't as crowded as many of the beach towns. There is plenty to do here.

This neighborhood has a few streets on the beach side. Most of the homes are rentals and it is literally walking distance to the beach. No need to drive although you can also drive on the beach here too!

There aren't many homes that have a pool/hot tub and have their own bedroom bathroom. Since this house is a 3/3 it's cheaper then getting your own hotel room with way more space and you still get your own pool/private hot tub
