As you enter through the private, gated entry and ascend the long driveway, you will immediately feel the exclusivity and serenity of this stunning property.

With 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for your family and friends to spread out and relax. The master bedroom (downstairs) boasts a lavish King bed and sitting area with fireplace, while the other bedrooms (all upstairs) each offer a comfortable Queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.

With two living areas, pool table, wet bar, you will appreciate the thoughtfully designed layout that caters to both everyday living and entertaining. ► PARKING: Cul de sac is shared with neighbors. Ample outside parking in front of the house for up to 8 vehicles. Garage and driveway is not accessible. DO NOT park in the cul de sac. Use designated parking spots only. Do not block neighbors' driveway.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via the booking platform message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.

Beaches, fairgrounds and the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club 'Where the turf meets the surf', there are many other reasons that make Del Mar so special. Torrey Pines State Park is a short 10 mins drive away a and is a beautiful place to hike all year. Del Mar is centrally located to many of San Diego's favorite 'must sees' -Scripps Aquarium, Legoland, Sea World & SD Zoo are all short drives (15-30 min) and Disneyland is a 2hr drive. Great surf, sunshine, picturesque coastline, white sand beaches, tennis, fine dining, horse racing, and world class golf -Del Mar will keep all your friends/family fully entertained.

Although you are only a short drive to many of the great shops and restaurants in downtown Del Mar, getting around by car to the rest of San Diego is a breeze. It's less than a mile to the freeway. There is also the Coaster - San Diego's coastal train, which has a stop about five miles away. Take the family downtown for the day on the Coaster to spend the day at Petco Park watching the Padres or exploring Seaport Village.

► This is the main house of the property. There is a separate unit on the north side of the property which may be occupied. There are no shared spaces or access. The unit has its separate entrance.
► Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way.
► There is no fence between the back of house doors and the pool/jacuzzi.
► Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk.
► In ground trampoline guidelines call for 1 person at a time.
► House is situated on open space therefore wildlife may come on the property from time to time. Please respect the wildlife. Keep your distance and view them inside of the house.

By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the Airbnb Terms and Conditions, and those listed herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be Monday and Thursday between 4 and 6 PM for Pool/Hot Tub maintenance; every other Sunday afternoon for Landscaping maintenance; once a Quarter for Pest Control maintenance - that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.

1. Use of In-ground Trampoline and Pool Slide:
Owner grants you and other members of your party a non-exclusive permission to use the following equipment located on the premises at your and other members of your party own risk and expense:
* In-ground trampoline located in the backyard.
* Pool slide.

2. Assumption of Risk:
You acknowledge and understand that the use of in-ground trampoline and pool slide involves inherent risks of injury, damage, or death. You and all members of your party assume all such risks and agrees to hold the Property Owner, and Air Concierge Inc, harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your, or other members of your party use of the in-ground trampoline and pool slide, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to:
* Defects or malfunctions in the in-ground trampoline or pool slide.
* Improper or negligent use of the in-ground trampoline or pool slide by Tenant or any other person.
* Physical injury or illness sustained while using the in-ground trampoline or pool slide.

Great place to stay

The house is wonderful and so are the hosts. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a little bit far so great to have some quiet and private time.
