The Bjorg unit:
This inviting home features 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The first bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a king size bed, closet, TV and has a direct access to the backyard. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with twin size bed each and a closet.

Well appointed bathroom that features a shower and tub combination, vanity and toilet. The interior is tastefully decorated with coastal accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay.

The living room boasts a comfortable queen size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker and much more or unwind in the cozy living room after a day of exploration.

The Stella unit:
This inviting home features 1 cozy bedroom, queen size sofa bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a queen size bed, murphy desk with a chair, closet, and a TV.

Well appointed bathroom that features a stand-up shower, vanity and toilet. The interior is tastefully decorated with coastal accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay.

The living room boasts a comfortable queen size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests. Within this tropical haven, you'll find the kitchen, although compact, is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs. While lacking a stove, it includes a versatile toaster oven with baking and air frying functions, along with a ceramic cooktop featuring two burners. Other kitchen amenities comprise a full-size fridge with a small freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, a waffle iron, pots and pans, utensils, and a dishwasher for effortless meal preparation and cleanup.

A washer and dryer, wireless internet, 3 cars parking space in the driveway are also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

Experience the comfort of our intimate backyard, with table and chairs, perfect for indulging in al fresco dining or simply unwinding in a relaxed lounging atmosphere.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire units except for a locked storage room in the kitchen designated for restocking purposes and a locked shed in the yard for maintenance items. The laundry area is shared between units, each unit's backyard is separated by a gate.

Nevertheless, the property has communal areas, including a patio laundry facility, BBQ grill and outdoor patio furniture.

• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.

• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.

• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Backyard includes the washer/dryer, patio furniture, BBQ and firepit.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
