Enjoy the perfect beach getaway in this spacious and well-appointed second-floor condo, just a short 75-yard walk to the sand. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1,300 square feet of living space, this home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests—ideal for families or groups traveling together.
The bright and open living area offers plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach, complete with comfortable seating, cable TV, and a DVD/Blu-ray player. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, along with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A dining area provides space for gathering and enjoying meals together.
Sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility and comfort. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a futon, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower is conveniently located for guests. Additional sleeping space is available with a convertible sofa in the living room.
Step outside to enjoy the private deck with outdoor seating—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Additional amenities include air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, and WiFi throughout the condo.

Family Vacation
We had a fabulous trip with our kids and grandkids! This property was perfect for the 9 of us including a 4, 2 and 2 month old! We would love to come back next year!

This property was in a great location- walking distance to everything including just minutes to the beach. Rental was as advertised and was easy to check in. Had plenty of space. Overall stay was wonderful

Beachfront OOB vacation rental
Vbro didn’t give us the correct address on the confirmation email. We arrived very late and we’re searching for the unit up and down the street at midnight which was an interesting way to start the vacation. We have a large family and the unit was big enough for us. It was fairly clean and homey in the old Orchard Beach sort of way. The location was the best part. Very close to the beach and well located in the town.. not sure if I would choose to stay in this unit again, but if it were the only option… I would.

Great spot!
This condo is in an excellent location yards from the beach and blocks from the center of strip of old orchard pier. The condo itself was clean but was need of some repairs nothing major just cosmetic it listed paper product as being provided but only toilet paper is provided fyi.All major appliances and Tv etc we’re in tip top shape! We had 10 persons and never ran out of hot water!! We were in #3

Great location for Old Orchard Beach fun.
Steps from the beach and only a little over half a mile from the pier fun. It is an older property and the beds are not the most comfy but we really enjoyed our stay.

Family getaway
The rooms were a little dated but comfortable. Close to the beach and the Pier area.
Our stay was great and we would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Ryan was very accommodating and answered any texts very quickly which was refreshing..

Cleaning fee should be refunded
I never expect a beach apartment to be spotless, however the bathroom mats were still wet from the previous tenant and the shower curtains, bath tub walls and the bathroom floors had a layer of dirt (not sand) left from at least a month of use. We spent the first day just cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen area. Good location, nice setup. I liked the porch with the table and chairs. All appliances were updated and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked with small utensils and appliances.

Emplacement idéal !
Tout près de la plage, calme (à part le passage du train), très propre, à proximité d'un dépanneur et du mini putt. Un accueil chaleureux et un super service rapide quand on a appelé la gestion lorsqu'il nous a manqué quelque chose! On le recommande!

Code de la porte : faux, attente de 45 minutes avant d'avoir le bon code. Propreté laisse à désirer: plancher collant, douche , toilette sales , air climatisé dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas. prises électriques sur le comptoir de cuisine ne fonctionnent pas. Four: élément du bas ne fonctionne pas. Frigo . four et lave-vaisselle sales. Tapis très sales: dessous de pieds noirs après une marche. Pas de moustiquaire dans la chambre du fond. Coût: TROP ÉLEVÉ pour l'état de l'unité # 3 .Un dédommagement $$ est requis et serait très apprécié car nous n'avons pas obtenu ce à quoi nous nous attendions. jobo7251@gmail.com.

Great spot close to the beach!
Great communication with property owner. Good amount of space. And a block from the beach and so close to the boardwalk!! That was the best part of the location :). One downside is the spot is right on the main street so it was a bit noisy on Saturday night after the bars let out and the train tracks are right there so that caused some nighttime noise. We didnt mind it but something to consider if you need quiet at night!

The location to the beach and main activities was the biggest highlight
The best part about this property was its' location to the beach and festivities, other than that this condo could use a lot of work. The place was disgusting. It looks like the only thing that was cleaned were the bedsheets. The kitchen table broke when we tried to move it, the AC unit was taped together and wheneve it was on we all gut stuffy noses, it probably could use a filter cleaning. Aside from the broken kitchen table the other furniture was run down and beat up. The coffee pot was gross and took a lot of scrubbing in order to use it. One of the beds was far too small for the frame it was on leading to quite a few foot injuries. All in all, we were not impressed, but again the proximity to the beach and the down town area were convenient. This place has a lot of potential to be wonderful if someone took a bit of effort to put it in order and clean it up a bit.

Awesome location, short walk to the beach!
Checking in was super easy. The location was absolutely perfect. We loved the short walk to the beach especially with 6 kids. However, when we got there the floors were disgusting we needed to have someone come in to clean before I could even put my child on the floor. We went out to buy a mop and other cleaning supplies that were not supplied by the unit. The kitchen table was broken and the shelf in the refrigerator was as well. You had to share one grill amongst everyone staying at the rental property which isn’t bad other than some people are just rude and don’t respect that they need to wait their turn when someone else starts the grill. The WiFi needs a bigger system because it was hard to connect to. Overall though we would stay there again for the location!
