Great East End Vacation

Kathleen and Vicki’s place was great for our little group. With sight lines to the water from the living room and light filled living room, we enjoyed the quiet East End of Provincetown. Kathleen and Vicki could not have been more communicative and helpful to us. We’ll be back!

The Perfect Week

The title says it all. My husband Chris and our daughter Harper had been to Ptown for Family Week 4 years ago. That time we stayed a small beach resort with cottages. We were nervous about staying in a private residence. As soon as we checked in that all went away. The condo decor was the perfect mix of beach town charm and modern. The house was spotless and had everything we needed from plenty of dishes to plenty of towels. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cool. We loved being in the east end... a little away from the hustle and bustle of the center of town. It made for a more peaceful night time and no crazy noise. We were super close to Angel Foods making getting yummy food or provisions easy. CVS was close too. We rented bikes so the bike rack around back was perfect. Our hosts were available via text if we had a problem and super nice and responsive. We loved it. Thanks for making our vacation even better.

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

Kathleen and Vicki were wonderful hosts. They’re home is beautifully decorated, super clean, and in a perfect yet quiet location right on Commercial St. The booking process was super easy and Kathleen was very communicative and super helpful leading up to and during our stay. We absolutely loved our stay here and it made our Provincetown vacation awesome. Would definitely rebook and recommend to friends.

Wonderful Provincetown Vacation Condo

Great stay for our family. Location is perfect (quick walk to town, but not in the middle of the hubbub). Amenities super well thought out - down to tissues in bedroom so you don't have to pack or schlep out to get. Condo layout is really great, and the beds are very comfortable. Owners are super responsive. Am looking for an excuse to get back soon -- dreaming of sitting on the deck looking out at the water (heaven!). Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beyond Fabulous!

We recently spent a week at 480 Commercial unit 2 and it was by far the best rental experience we've ever had in Ptown. From start to finish, the communication with Kathleen and Vicki went smoothly, and made the entire rental process absolutely seamless. The home is the perfect balance of comfort, spaciousness, and privacy. For us, it was the absolute right spot to enjoy what's so fantastic about Ptown. The back deck was an added bonus to enjoy the water views and take in the quieter east end commercial street scenery. Loved it!

Great place for Ptown 4th

Stayed here with my husband and four friends for the week of 4th of July in Ptown, and had a great time. This place was clean and comfortable, and was a great home base for our vacation. Front porch was great for a cocktail or an hour with a book any time of day, the back deck hosted several dinners, and the beach access across the street made for a great place to take a dip and watch the fireworks. Inside the space is small but well-appointed, with comfortable seating area, well-equipped kitchen, and large enough that each of three couples had their own space. We'd never stayed in the East End before, and while it is a bit further from some of the busier spots in the center of town/West End, we actually thought that was a plus during such a busy week - it was a nice respite from the crowds, and still just a short bike ride from anywhere you want to go. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in a great location

My family and I spent 3 nights in Kathleen and Vicki’s place. The space was beautiful, clean, modern and exactly as depicted in the photos. The home is located right on Commercial Street imn a quieter part of town but is still close enough to walk to the heart of everything. Kathleen and Vicki were great communicators leading up to, during and after our stay at their home. We had a wonderful time.

All of the comforts of home on vacation!

This beautiful property is located in the quieter part of town, near the art galleries, but within walking distance to downtown. The view of the bay from the front windows and deck is spectacular. The home is cozy and spacious enough for 6 adults. It has all of the comforts of home. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that wasn’t provided! Staying at this property and working with the owners was delightful.

Clean modern space with a great parade view!

We wanted to be on Commercial street so we could host friends to watch the Carnival Parade. This wonderful home did not disappoint. It had all the amenities we needed and the home was very clean and updated. The neighbors (other condo owners) were very nice. Master bedroom has a huge amount of space as well as a separate entrance which is convenient. Communication with the owners was very easy and they have a great rental process. We look forward to returning!

Great condo in perfect location.

This property worked perfectly for five of us - in three bedrooms with two baths. It was clean, well-equipped and well-located in the quiet east end, walking distance to a small grocery store, bike rental shop, and many of the wonderful restaurants in Provincetown. Our hosts gave us many recommendations for what to do and where to eat - we had a perfect vacation. Would definitely return.

Amazing condo, excellent location!

We had a great stay in Ptown at this amazing condo! It was in a great location- walking distance to downtown area and a bunch of restaurants. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the accommodations were great: clean, comfortable, and our home away from home! I am already recommending this place to friends and family and would absolutely come back for future stays!

Modern, well equipped, water view and easy walk to town.

The water view, lighting, size, photos, colors, kitchen /supplies and back porch with a grill are perfect for a week long getaway. The area was quiet even tho it was memorial day week and town was hopping. The walk to the center of town was reasonable with lots to look at along the way. We had everything we needed. TV, WiFi , water and dryer too. Nothing was missing from this A1 condo. Highly recommended by someone who travels frequently. A special thanks to the owners for thinking of everything.

A Peaceful Retreat

Our stay could not have been better! Sunshine, fresh air, and quiet nights all in a spacious and tastefully decorated home away from home. Awesome Stay

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Ptown for Women's Week. Part of what made the trip so great was where we stayed. The home was spotless and very well maintained. The listing and photos are very accurate so there were no unwanted surprises. Loved that we were close to one of our favorite restaurants (The Mews). The distance to town was a little longer some days due to road work but overall the location is great with about a 15-minute walk to our furthest point which was past The Crown and Anchor. Kathleen was a very attentive owner and was in touch regularly from the time we made our reservation several months ago until we left. If we ever need another home this size we will definitely rebook.

A perfect home in Ptown

A wonderful home away from home. The prior reviews are spot on. The online photos showed exactly what we found--a beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotless home. The master suite is large and luxurious and the two smaller rooms are identical in size to each other and were perfectly comfortable. The kitchen was very nicely stocked. A walk to the center of town took about 10 minutes. Finally, the owners Kathleen and Vicki were most helpful throughout our stay.

Great cozy location, water views & beach access

This Provincetown rental in the east end has water views and beach access. The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings made it a fun place to hang out while not walking around town or at the beach. Dinner on the deck was lots of fun. The artwork was very tasteful (not always the case in a rental!) This rental had all the amenities you'd ever need!

There are 29 restaurants within walking distance of 480, direct water access to Cape Cod Bay for paddle boarding and kayaking enjoyment, miles of bike trails through the dunes at the Cape Cod National Seashore, world reknown Highland Links Golf Course at your avail and countless other daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal pleasures in which to indulge. 480 Commercial Street fit our spec of the 'perfect' location. We wanted easy access to all that downtown has to offer but also liked the fact that quiet and solitude abound at 480. Sometimes we vacation for fun and excitement sometimes for relaxation and serenity...we have found both.. and everything in between at 480. Art galleries, world class dining, clubs, shows, theater, movies, swimming, grilling on our private deck with bay views, cooking, library, kite flying, shopping, gyms, sand dunes, whale watching, museums, tall ships, farmers market, fishing, clamming, clubbing, bike riding, beach combing, Bay Lady sunset cruises...

We love the location, size and charm of this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed remodeling it in the winter of 2015, making it a home we love to live in. We thoughtfully renovated this property to maximize enjoyment for a friends or family getaway or a romantic vacation for two. Our keypad door locks mean no keeping track of keys on vacation. It is easy to feel at home here. In spring and fall we open the windows to get a gentle bay breeze and captivating views of the fishing boats at MacMillan pier. We like to start our day with coffee on the deck, then a bike ride through the dunes & forest. A little later, time at the beach across the street to swim or paddle board in the bay. Maybe a drive to Mac's Seafood for lobster rolls for a picnic oceanside at Herring Cove or Race Point. An afternoon stroll through the East End galleries keeps us connected to the magical social vibe of the town. In the evening, it's time to head out for dinner and some shows, or people watching. Of course, we also love cooking in, firing up the grill for something delicious and entertaining our friends. This property location is ideal -minutes to town on foot, yet residential and quiet, enabling a lot of relaxation. It's hard to believe you are on Commercial Street....enough luxury to feel comfortable while retaining the distinct essence of beach living. The parking is definitely a big plus - ample room for two cars on the gated landscaped grounds...safe from the street. We can truly relax and enjoy our vacations, no keys no chasing parking spots!! IMPORTANT: When requesting to book please give us a thorough description of why you are coming to PTown, how many people are in your party including children if applicable and where you are coming from. This allows us to get a comfort level with your request so you don't get timed out and you lose your inquiry!
