Newly renovated studio in Snowblaze Condominiums! Perfect location in the Town of Winter Park, close to Winter Park Resort and bus stop outside the front door, and walking distance from all the shops, restaurants, and bars in town!
Super comfy Queen size bed in a large studio apartment, large couch and ottoman with huge TV!
Updated amenities for the community! Pool has been refinished, new outdoor fire pit area, access to gym and community areas included.
The space
The space a newly renovated studio apartment, a super comfy queen bed, large leather sofa with connecting ottoman, perfect for lounging after a long day of skiing or mountain biking. Even a great place for sleeping. Queen Air mattress is available as well.
Full Kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher.
Bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Amenities include access to heated indoor pool, hot tub indoor and outdoor, new fire pit area, weight room/workout area, racquetball court (must provide own racquets and balls).
Closet, coat wrack, luggage stand.
Free garage parking included. Ski locker for winter and summer equipment storage.
Guest access
One garage parking spot included with rental. Free outdoor parking in front of the building as well.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
This location is perfect with such close proximity to the town of Winter Park's restaurants and shops, as well as having a bus stop right out front of the building to take guests to the ski resort or anywhere nearby. Also the pool, hot tubs, and gym are really great!
