Property had everything that we needed and worked really well for skiing. Great selection of appliances and kitchen utensils for cooking. Creek view from balcony was a bonus. Beds were fine. Mud room and washer/dryer for wet gear was great.Only negative was the weekend at Winter Park Resort got very crowded which overfilled all parking lots and caused modified shuttle routes creating long waits for shuttle to and from condo.The condo itself was great.

Great Place, Evolve is terrible

Lovely place, beautiful creek. Kitchen is very stock stocked with essentials and some extras. Highly recommend it.Only sour grape was my Experience with "Evolve". Weird texts with no explanations, terrible communications. Dealt with the owner and they are great but Evove is terribe

Quick Get away

Our trip was a last minute short ski trip. The accommodations were as advertised. Owner answered questions quickly and efficiently. The kitchen had a few essentials, extra chairs were provided, and bedding to make the beds advertised. I would stay again when I'm in town.

Not walkable to town but nice

Loved the creekside setting. Careful in winter as the carports look like concrete but are often black ice, don't fall like I did. No spices/seasonings so bring what you need, otherwise kitchen well equipped. Internet access is spotty, often going out in evenings for us.Overall nice "B" grade unit, perfect for 2-3 people.

Excellent except one item

The only issue was that there was no soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. We asked but nothing was done so we bought some cheap stuff for our stay. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.

Treasured memories in the mountain condo

Me, my husband, my daughter and her husband had an amazing week in this beautiful cabin! We really enjoyed the fireplace and the balcony off the back. We got some of the best snow we’ve ever had and enjoyed the powder skiing. Cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the host and what a wonderful day it was.

Lovely condo

We stayed for five nights and skied at winter park for four days. This condo is beautiful. We loved the running, active creek just behind our back porch. The kitchen is really nice and well equipped. The host is very gracious and communicates well.

Absolutely wonderful

The condo was perfect. We had two adults and a 4 year old staying here and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Shuttle stopped right across the street from us, clear instructions on how to get into the condo, beautiful view of the snow covered creek and we could still hear the water flowing. The steam shower was such an added bonus and helped ke p my daughter’s congestion cleared up. I would stay here again and recommend to others for sure. Another bonus was the kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook and enjoy hot coco etc.

Relaxing Creek just outside, warm fireplace inside!

We loved the creek just outside, it’s so relaxing and the outdoor seating areas are lovely. It’s so peaceful and calm. The fireplace is cozy and we enjoyed playing board games and watching movies together. Super close to town but you don’t feel like you are right on the Main Street. Communication with the host was great. The mattresses are very firm- but some people like that! Loved the steam shower too!

Wonderful Relaxing Condo by the Creek

This immaculate 2-bedroom condo had a wonderful screened balcony that overlooked a wooded creek. It was very quiet and comfortable and exactly as advertised and well deserving of its consistent 10 rating. Loved the large luxurious, steam room shower! And what a great summer location. There are great hikes just up the road.

Lovely Setting

Nice location and the deck chairs were so comfortable to sit and relax and listen to the creek. The condo was basically comfortable with decent living room seating. Kitchen had about everything we needed. It was a lovely getaway and escape from the heat and we enjoyed Winter Park very much. Good food, no crowds. The patio doors were extremely in need of maintenance and we could hardly slide them open. The beds should be reversed with the better bed in the biggest bedroom with the attached bath. The shower, which I guess was a steam shower in the en suite bath was so hot it felt unsafe and there were no instructions on the steam shower at all and any adjustment we tried to make to the shower did not cool it off. The unit needed a really good cleaning. Towel situation was pretty minimal even for just 2 people. There was no dumpster with a code as described in the binder so we just used the one beyond the office.

Wonderful place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well maintained. Everything was operational and in good shape. Very comfortable and relaxing environment in all rooms. A nice area for ski’s and clothing right at the front door. Booking and check in was easy. Our property manager Karli was very helpful and responsive to our requests! Highly recommend for any season!

Our Colorado stay

As always enjoyed the views and the sound of the creek. Weather was good and cool. The apartment was nice and cozy. Always nice to get away from the Iowa heat.
