Great hospitality

Great stay! Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, the owner was easy to work with and great communication. Lots of hospitality with little extras that made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. We'd happily stay here again!

The property is close to downtown, but it is in a run down neighborhood. I spotted a couple of roaches in the kitchen which can be expected for the area. I didn't get an email on how access the property even though I was 2 hours late for check in. It took about 40 mins to contact the host to get the access info. It was very frustrating after driving 7 hours to not be able to gain access.

Thank you for your review. To be clear, the delay in your check-in was solely due to bringing an undisclosed pet. Guests are required to disclose pets at the time of booking. Attempting to add a pet after the fact—only when filling out the mandatory rental agreement—violates our booking process and holds up automated check-in. Access instructions are strictly withheld until all house rules are agreed to and required pet fees are paid. Once you finally disclosed the pet and settled the fee on the agreement, access was granted immediately. Regarding your comments on the location and cleanliness: our property is located in a secure, quiet gated community, not a run-down area. Furthermore, the unit is routinely treated by professional pest control, and we maintain high standards of cleanliness to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Convenient location.

My daughter and I came Greenville for just two days. The condo was perfect distance from downtown and the Fall for Greenville festival. The beds were comfortable.

Amazing place. Very modern. Comfortable. Larger than expected. Safe area. Decor was welcoming. Owner was responsive and good communicator. Answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend this place.

Great space for two friends meeting up in Greenville. Plenty of room, very comfortable. Nice for each of us to have our own bathroom. Could accommodate two couples easily. Property manager is good communicator. Be aware that workspace is not separate from the common areas-it’s basically a desk. But there’s a good sized table if you need to get some work done and want to spread out a little more. There’s really nothing in walking distance but it’s a quick drive to downtown, arena, airport.

We had such a lovely weekend stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully modern—a perfect fit for our family. My 83-year-old mom, my husband, our two sweet furbabies, and I all felt right at home. The location was super convenient—close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Whether it was a quick run for essentials or exploring the local area, everything was just minutes away.We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and the cozy, welcoming vibe. Would absolutely recommend and would love to return!
