Preparing meals is a breeze in the beautifully appointed kitchen, and everyone is sure to get a good night’s rest, whether on the king-sized bed in the master suite, twin bunks nestled in the hall, or on the queen sleeper sofa in the bedroom. Spend your days doing as much or as little as you like just steps from the beach!



SunDestin 202 is located near several popular restaurants, including The Back Porch, Boshamp’s Seafood and Oyster House, The Local Market, Crackings, Bonefish Grill, and Lulu's.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
