Summary:

SunDestin 0609 offers breathtaking panoramic Gulf views framed by wall-to-wall glass that fills the condo with natural light and coastal scenery. This renovated 1-bedroom retreat features a fully updated kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a private balcony overlooking the Emerald Coast. Whether sipping coffee at the breakfast bar or unwinding after a beach day, this condo creates an easygoing and relaxing beachfront experience.



The Space:

Right on the crystal-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico sits SunDestin Beach Resort. It’s located right in the heart of Destin, with everything you need for a great vacation on-site or close by. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24-hour front desk. Amenities of the resort include outdoor, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, a gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals in the lobby and more! Additional seasonal amenities include beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to be where you’ll have the best beach trip ever.



In SunDestin 609, you’ll find views of the gulf just down the short entry hall. On your left, you’ll pass the bedroom and two bathrooms- one full and one half bath. A completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen has plenty of room to cook meals and offers a breakfast bar, seating for three people, perfect to enjoy morning coffee. The dining nook has a high-top table for two and the living area has a sofa and a TV where you can enjoy the evening after a day in the sun. Wall to wall glass has a sliding door leading to the balcony, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. A queen-sized sofa bed in the living area and a king-sized bed in the master means there’s enough room for four guests in this coastal one-bedroom condo.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



SunDestin Beach Resort lies right in the middle of Destin, with Big Kahuna’s and The Track less than a mile away and shopping and dining just four miles west at Harborwalk Village. Walk down the boardwalk along the Destin Harbor to find plenty more activities, such as charter fishing, dolphin cruises, and parasailing. The best part of the resort is that the beach is just steps away from the front door of SunDestin 609. We can’t wait to welcome you- start planning now!

It was a great place to stay. It’s in the middle of everything too. We love it and will stay there if we come back to Destin. I do recommend go ahead and renting chairs at the same time as booking like we did so you can be on the front.

Beach location was amazing. Parking not great, construction truck and trailer blocked many spaces. Room carpet, woodwork was dirty/stained. Hallways, rooms and lobby need updating. Pools and pool deck need updating.

There was some oddities about the property. One stands out the most is the A/C unit is on the balcony!Very noisy/loud and blowing hot air on you when it's 95 degrees outside,If you plan using the balcony find another property to stay.

The information says recently updated, I would say updates, but not recently. The kitchen is small, but very nice. The living room was nice, but the furniture was dirty. It is hard to have beige furniture at the beach. We never figured out how to work the tv. The bedroom definitely needs a new mattress and sheets that will stay on. The view from the patio is fabulous. You look right at the beach and beautiful water. Others mentioned the a/c unit on the patio. It is a big flaw in the design of the building. The a/c unit is very loud when it cuts on and ugly to look at. Maybe a small screen could help with the look. We love Destin, but will stay somewhere else our next visit.

Great place to stay

The mews had all that you'd need to feel right at home. Spotlessly clean, and everything was modern and in good condition. Location is spot on, a short stroll from the centre of town, yet very quiet. Lots of wildlife on show in the back paddock. Colin was the perfect host, thanks!

Such a great place to stay with a beautiful view

Such a nice place to stay. It is close to a lot of things and the view is just absolutely beautiful. To tired to go out? You still get the beach feel and vibe just by sitting on the balcony. 10/10 recommend. We will definitely be staying here when we come back.

Perfect location

This condo was right around all the restaurants and shopping. Perfect views of the Gulf. Condo was clean. Walk out the back door and the beach was right there. Little hut out the back door where you can reserve your beach chairs and umbrella. Would stay at this location again.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation

My boyfriend and I stayed in this room and had a wonderful experience. Room was as advertised in the listing, and the view was beautiful. There were limitations due to constructions (no balcony access no outdoor pool, etc.) but this was clearly stated multiple times. Would definitely stay again. Within minutes of everything as well.

We had a wonderful stay, our condo was very nice and the view was incredible.

Very nice building, the staff was so friendly. The view from our condo was amazing. It was perfect for our mom getaway!!! Make sure to bring your own hairdryer because they do not have that in the condo, that was the only thing I was surprised by. Otherwise perfect, just like pictured!

Weekend Getaway

Perfect place for a quick weekend getaway with your partner. The view from the balcony was everything. The only thing I did not like was on the beach. If you did not rent an umbrella and chairs you were not able to get up close to the ocean until after 5 when they take them down.
