Great Location

Stayed with our family of 5 with youngest being 14 years old. Condo was just as pictured and described. Managing host was friendly, very proactive and easy to work with. Location was within walking to convenience stores, souvenirs, restaurants and SC's best ice cream! We drove to Myrtle Beach 4 times during the week, twice for a dance competition and 2 other times for entertainment. It is a quick and easy drive, but definitely not necessary to leave condo with pool and beach right outside your door!We like the smaller condo buildings due to less crowding. We had the pool mostly to ourselves and sometimes shared with just a few others. Met a couple of owners of a couple of units....very nice and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Perfect!

This may have been the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in! It was newly renovated and so bright. The listing was spot on and being in a smaller complex, the beach wasn’t as crowded as other areas. 9.5/10 (the only complaint is that the washer/ dryer are way too small for even a small load of towels. But everything else made up for it.

You can walk to all the shops, dining and live music Main Street has to offer but are just short drive to Barefoot Landing, outlets & more.The unit is nicely stocked, very clean and cozy. Balcony overlooks the pool which is great for watching the kids while swimming. The sand dunes prevent you from seeing the beach directly in front of you; however it doesn't prevent the breeze nor the roar of the ocean.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Easter weekend 2025

The place was exactly as advertised. Great location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Good value. I was surprised that this was a corporate listing. I use VRBO because I like renting from local owners and enjoy the personal touches that come with it. Instead I had to go to a rental office and pick up a key. And the paperwork was more about restrictions and no exceptions than fun things to do in the area. Only one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag. A couple of K-Cups would have been nice. We were reminded of the commercial highlighting the benefits of staying in a hotel where you’re taken care of throughout your stay. I guess we just missed the personal touches we are accustomed to at other VRBO rentals.
