With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed, our cozy bedrooms ensure a comfortable stay. The sofa bed is located in the large master bedroom located on the 2nd floor, including a refrigerator/freezer. The futon referenced is located in the 3rd guest bedroom on main level. The 2nd level has its own private entrance & consists of the large master, full bath & a great large patio (outfitted w/ artificial grass, ambient lighting & outdoor furniture), perfect for sunbathing, yoga, meditation & a fun spot to overlook the neighborhood & towering Fort Lauderdale buildings that line the coast. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, iron, hair dryer, WiFi, heating & access to a washing machine & dryer. There is a heated pool located on the property which a small number of villas share, but rarely use. Can easily park 8 cars in the 2 driveways located on the property, 2 of which are under the houses carport which provides weather coverage leading to the kitchen entrance. There is another large outdoor patio space, where you will find a grill, fire pit & large dining table covered by a umbrella. The outdoor ambient lighting & colorful hand painted mural make the patio a warm & inviting space to enjoy a cookout & dinner w/ family & friends. Another fun amenity is a dartboard & beautiful 9 foot slate billiards table, where you will find everything needed to play any game of pool or darts! Beach access is a 3 minute walk from the house. Located one block from Ocean Blvd, located right at the beginning of the boardwalk and a couple miles away from the popular Las Olas Blvd & Riverfront, which are popular Fort Lauderdale destinations boasting an array of restaurants & shopping for a packed day of fun on the sunny beach, perfect for couples & families, w/ plenty of nightlife options after the sun sets!
