Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base.

This unit is apart of a triplex, located on the bottom floor. It is close to EVERYTHING.

4 blocks from the ocean.
5 minute walk to the bar scene (including a bar next door)
15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic

Newly renovated with plenty of old school Florida home vibes.

The house is surrounded by businesses. The "neighborhood" actually starts one more block east.

This means that it is very quiet during the days but can be busy during nights with the close by bars and restaurants.

The unit is also a triplex so you do have two very close neighbors!

I would recommend walking to the beach on the weekends as it may take you longer to find parking then if you made the short walk.

A lot of people ride their bikes around the area. There are a couple of places that rent bikes nearby, I would highly recommend it if you like biking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.

Nice weekend getaway apartment unit. This place is walking distance to the beach and there are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There is only a tv in the living room not the rooms. The unit is small so I recommend only a small family. Overall no complaints we enjoyed our stay.

Nice but small location

Home was clean and well kept. Minor issues were felt with quickly by host. We were somewhat disappointed by the size of the home but overall we had a very lovely week and it has easy access to the beach which was excellent! Also pet friendly with an enclosed yard. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our week.

Cute Apartment and Super Host!

We had a very nice stay in Jacksonville! This apartment met our needs! The host, Zac, impressed me very much! He was very thoughtful and helpful in answering questions or addressing any issue if one arose. Everything was very clean and orderly! Thanks Zac for hosting us in Jacksonville!!!

Stayed 2 weeks while in town visiting relatives and customers. Great location, and was perfect for me and my dog. The fenced in area to allow him a little room to run was nice.

This was a cute, updated apartment that met our weekend needs. The property owner was super responsive and the beds were very comfortable. Convenient location.

If you're looking for luxury this is not your place. Clean but lots of maintenance details need to be addressed (window in living area is cracked, ice maker doesn't work and other minor things) fence in back in needs repair, dogs can get under easily. Bar right across the street and Taco Bell right next to.

A great place to stay with cute small kitchen and 2 bed. Close to beach. You can drive if you don’t want to cross the street by walk or just 4 blocks from beach. A toilet fan and washing machine: dryer not there. Overall excellent and I will suggest

Cute, Clean, Cozy, Convenient

This was a great spot to stay with our two dogs. There was a small yard for them to wander. Would recommend and would stay again.
