2024 Total Eclipse: We are so excited that Heber Springs is in the Path of Totality for the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse on April 8, 2024. This will be the last total solar eclipse visible from the contiguous United States until 2044. Not only will you be able to enjoy the total solar eclipse from a secluded and private location but we will also host a complimentary viewing party for all of our guests with appetizers and a champagne toast! River & Lake Fun

Convenient to both the river and the lake. We have been going to this area for years. This is a brand new development, and out new favorite place to stay!

4 stars only because you are not on the water as the pictures suggest. This cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Although we were not on the water, the dock and boat ramp are a short drive down from the cabins.

Everything you need!

Not a speck of dust anywhere. Well-stocked kitchen and toiletries. Very quiet little neighborhood. My only tiny little critique is that the listing made it seem like the river was just out the back door. It is a long walk, or a short drive away, but not within viewing distance. But such a cute, efficient little place! I also think you could have a book out with your favorite restaurants, shopping places. We didn't even know about the golf cart rentals - that will be fun next time. I think there are more places of interest and amenities that you could highlight.

Our 2 bedroom luxury cabin rental at the Little Red River has the amenities you love, like full kitchen, bathroom with toiletries, and accessibility to our shared fishing dock (dock is less than 750 yards away). Dock is shared within our property.

Where you’d like to fly fish or spin cast, we can set up a private guided fishing to pinpoint fish locations and to identify the specific methods, baits and artificial needed to insure a memorable fishing experience.
