Beautiful condo with everything we needed. View of the beach, walking distance to the beach and plenty of good choices for food. Very helpful staff, clean and felt very safe and secure.

We had a great stay in Fort Lauderdale. The apartment posted an amazing view and was as outlined in the description. The host was prompt with responses and kept us up-to-date with any building updates. We were able to use all of the hotel amenities and had a great location by the beach.

Couldn’t be better!!

Property was amazing! Stayed two other times at the property and it never fails to be a spectacular visit. The host Couldn’t have been more helpful And responsive with every question I had!

Clean and great location!

The unit was perfect for our getaway. The property manager was very informative and good communication, even emailing us a heads up there would be a large parade/crowds one day for a celebration so we could plan accordingly. The unit was clean and having access to the W amenities was perfect. Location right across the street from beach was great and easy walking to different restaurants. Would recommend and stay again!

Business conference

Overall excellent stay. This was a business trip for us. So paying an additional 311 for the resort fee would definitely make me consider A different option on my next visit. We loved loved the space but the resort fee was a huge turnoff.

Great stay in Ft Lauderdale

Nice location just across from the beach. Fantastic property with a lot of nice amenities. The unit was as advertised – well appointed and modern with plenty of space for the four of us. The unit could use some minor TLC in spots – nothing that really impacted the stay so we just let the property manager know when we departed. The unit is on the 23rd floor which was really nice and gives a commanding view but be aware that the elevators may take a little time during peak periods. Be mindful of the resort and parking fees though you do get some benefits with them.

Two doors were broken in room. Last thing you want to do on vacation is worry about maintenance issues and repair people coming in your room. Key cards continued to not work throughout the stay. Host said the desk would contact us to resolve the issue but never did. Furniture had a strange smell, seemed dirty. Property owner should look to replace. Make sure to read all fine print such as access to certain pools, up charges, add on charges, etc. Great location, nice view, spacious, nice balcony areas. Host was very good at responding to issues.

The W is my favorite hotel to stay at in Fort Lauderdale and when I found this available on here I was so excited and booked immediately. You have to check-in on the residence side and it was such an easy process. The staff was very nice and the property owner was very responsive to my messages regarding booking and during my stay. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a washer and dryer and a beautiful balcony that gives you a partial ocean view. I was able to workout every morning at the hotel gym. It’s small but still had enough equipment to get a good workout in. Book the stay, you won’t be disappointed :)
