Mornings are especially delightful on our balcony – it does not get much better than enjoying a coffee and pastry from a local shop while the breeze from Casco bay gently warms your face.

This is an upper 2 story 3300 sq ft unit with 4 BR / 4 BA (2 primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms). Upon entrance there is a full set of stairs that leads to an open landing with beautiful hardwood floors and large windows for natural light. Enjoy views of the Promenade and Casco Bay from the sitting area, living room, and dining room. Take in the fresh air from the front balcony that is large enough for the whole family with plenty of comfortable seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation including a full set of dishes, cookware, oil and spices.

The bathrooms are stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, and body wash. Each bathroom has its own hair dryer.

There is a primary bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor with en suite bathroom. There is a hallway full bathroom on the main floor as well. The second level of the unit (third floor) boasts a primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a shared hallway full bathroom.

A full size washer/dryer stocked with supplies is available for your use.

There is a gas BBQ grill available in the backyard with seating. Grill tools are provided.

Please note entry to the property requires you to ascend at least one flight of stairs. This may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Other things to note
Air conditioning is provided through a split unit in each bedroom and also in the living room. These units cool the home easily. Fans are also available if needed. Or, open the windows and enjoy the cool breeze off the bay.

There is a highchair and a pack-n-play with sheets in the unit if needed.

This home is a duplex. You have private access to the entire unit occupying the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home (4 bed 4 bath). Your balcony access is private. There is another unit on the first floor with other long term tenants, however the units are completely separate.

Our city is an artist’s paradise with art galleries, boutique shops, breweries, distilleries. Enjoy a sailing trip on Casco Bay on a schooner with one of the many professional tour operators. The downtown is within walking distance so you can easily go and check out a local bar, creamery, or lobster spot.
