Terrific location near the promenade. Easy on street parking. Communication w Rudy was timely. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Air conditioned bedrooms only. Bring paper towels or napkins if planning to eat at the apartment. Second floor walk up is very narrow.

Location was amazing. Very short walk to the East Prominade Park. Short walk to coffee and breakfast spots. Lack of home instructions was frustrating at first, however, by the time we were finishing our stay, I realized that the owners were just very chill and I appreciated the minimal rules. I would give it 4.5 if I could. The only issues were that the place is advertised as having AC, however, only has AC in the bedrooms. The living room was too hot to use while we were there. The parking situation is tough as well. Shown as free street parking. There wasn't a single space available in the street within 2 blocks the 2.5 days we were there. We ended up parking in the little driveway and just hoped we didn't get in trouble, which we didn't as far as I know.

This apartment is in a great location and has what you need. I would say it’s perfect as a home base if you plan to be out and about in Portland for most of your stay. It’s a bit bare bones and could do with some minor fixes and updates. We had some issues getting check-in/out and wi-fi info, but the host was very quick to respond and get us what we needed.

Not fancy but cozy and convenient

The location was very convenient. I missed the part that said it was on second floor with a curved stair case. The actual apartment was clean, but in need of a few repairs.
Stairs to 2nd floor.
Old thermostat base, could be removed.
Smoke detector , gone
