Beautiful, quiet, well appointed home

We have stayed in many nice vacation rentals, and not one has had the amenities of this home. We wanted a place we could be together (seven in our family), since we are required to book two hotel rooms, otherwise. Franco and Kay have made a beautiful place to stay and play. The location makes it easy access anywhere you would want to go in the valley. The back yard/pool are perfect for private enjoyment and/or entertaining. After a thorough tour, our hosts stayed out of the way, but were available if we had any questions. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

Quiet, away from the maddnes with a fantastic pool

Thanks to Franco & Kay for putting his fantastic home up as a rental. We were welcomed upon our arrival and promptly given an orientation of the house. Both were readily available if anything was needed. The house is located away from the busy life of the strip but driving downtown is a quick trip. The neighborhood is quiet & gated. Enough can not be said about the pool. Out 3 & 6 year old spent much time in the pool.

Simply Amazing .

Awesome tropical back yard with an Amazing pool waterfall and spa. My fiancé and I had an unforgettable time at the home that has every amenities you would imagine..Spacious, clean with great hosts thank you very much for their hospitality and generosity that made us feel at home.

Refreshingly Charming and Immaculate!

Had a wonderful time staying and working at Franco's home yesterday, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something away from the Strip and seeking a nice quiet neighborhood experience in Las Vegas. The home was immaculate and tastefully decorated, and the pool and waterfall were spectacular. Great customer service by the owner who was so helpful at pointing out how everything worked and even provided the most detailed homeowner's manual I have ever seen! :-)

LA villa qu'il vous faut !

Cette Villa somptueuse situee a 15/20 minutes de Las Vegas et 5 minutes de nombreux commerces, au sein d'une residence fermee et securisee vous permettra de profiter des folies de Las Vegas et du calme et du repos grâce a tout son equipement : piscine chauffee, SPA, home cinema, cuisine exterieure etc ! Nous en garderons un superbe souvenir apres un road trip de quelques jours dans les parc du grand ouest !! Nous remercions egalement Franco, le proprietaire de cette villa pour son accueil tres chaleureux, ses conseils touristiques et sa confiance ! Superbe sejour !! Villa a recommander !!

10/10 PROPERTY

What a great place to stay. We took our 4 kids (ages 8,6,4,2) for a week long stay at Franco and Kay's home and had a great time. Pool was a huge hit with our kids which made everyone's holiday great. Franco did a great job welcoming us and helping us out whenever we needed something. We really appreciate how prompt he was when we needed something. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to any families that have kids that like to swim and hang out in the pool. Other features are also top notch like outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Theatre room was a great feature but unfortunately we had too many other things to do and didn't have a chance to really watch a movie. The listing information was very accurate and both the house and property were very clean and well maintained. Its obvious that Franco and Kay have a lot of pride in their home. Thanks again Franco for a great week and we will definitely stay with you again next time we come to Vegas.

Wanting to return!

We were guests....it felt like home! Relaxing and comfortable. We fit easily with our wheelchairs,kids and grandkids. We are planning to return, in fact have told our friends about it and they want to come with us. The pool is epic, no other way to discribe it. The whole place was clean and welcoming. The owners were friendly and helpful, they were there but we didn't feel like we were being watched. Finally we went for a wedding and the location was perfect for us close to centinal park and Redrock. It was also, easy to find. We will be back, we just have to find a good excuse. Thank you for giving us a home away from home.

Vacation paradise

Franco accommodated an immediate need booking in less than 24 hours! 10 family members hung outside in this paradise with lounging space for all! Beautifully appointed inside and out! Sleeping required shared quarters with 10 but we sacrificed privacy to live in the awesome "public space". Seating inside and out w room to spare for our crowd. We prepared all our meals inside & outdoor kitchen and were able to find what we needed! Franco very helpful when needed. All equipment worked well....we enjoyed all the wonderful amenities! The outdoor space... Waterfall, spa,kitchen, swim up bar, slide oh yes, Paradise is not too big a word!

Great Place for Outdoor Gathering

Bottom Line: Luxary outdoor space, great house, remember the owner will be out-of-sight but present. I rented this house for a graduate school reunion. The unique aspect of the rental is that the owner lives in the house; this is a common paradigm for Airbnb but not for VRBO. The drawback of this approach is that you must be respectful of the owner (and thus not throw a crazy party) but the upside is that the owner Franco is there to help you if you need something. Franco was a great host. The owners was generally out-of-sight but ready to answer any questions you had. When one of our travellers forgot his class ring, Franco tracked us down to ensure he got it back. The house itself was wonderful. The backyard was the huge selling point of the house. The outdoor cooking and dining area right next to the pool led to hours of eating, drinking, relaxing, and catching up. While we did not spend much time inside, the living room, kitchen, and projector room were very nice. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Overall the house is great for: - Relaxation: you can't beat the backyard! - Family gatherings: the backyard is a great gathering space. The house is not good for: - Heavy partiers - Families with toddler-age children: the house has many nice, expensive finishes and a pool with no gate

My wife & I stayed at this beautiful home and were treated like royalty! The owners, Franco & Kay, were very gracious, friendly and accommodating. They were very happy to be available for tips on sight seeing, restaurants and also generous with offering us "comps" for Las Vegas shows! The pool area was just breath taking with a waterfall, spa, fire pit, gas grill and lush foliage. Everything in the wonderful home was very well appointed, clean & very comfortable. We are 100% satisfied with this vacation home and highly recommend this property.

Amazing get away home

Excellent place to stay at. The owner was very generous and knows how to give a tour around the house. He was always available Incase we needed anything. The back yard is amazing and has speakers around to play your music and makes it a great place to relax and enjoy the the pool or spa. The fire pit kept us warm at night and even used the grill to make our food. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, I'd defiantly stay here another night instead of any casino in Vegas.

Me and Kay have been all over the world, traveled in our early years and understand the needs of the guest since we have been there and done that zillions of times. I was born and raised in Italy in the most beautiful Island of the world, Sardinia, where people are truly genuine sincere and frank. Kay was born and raised in Japan. We met in Kenya Africa fell in love and traveled together in 15 countries in Africa and several more around the world, Europe, Asia, North, Central & South america. We married in Japan in 1981. Our Honey moon was a OVERLAND trip around the world. And did just that. Started in Japan, Via the Soviet Union (Trans Siberian Express), 8 European Countries, Canary Island and across the Atlantic in a 40' sail boat Down to Green Cap island and with the Alisee winds crossing the Atlantic landing in the Martinique Caribbean Island, to Guadalupe, Antigua and the US Virgin islands, and visited 28 States in US. We have 3 beautiful grown up children all mature and out of our house. In 2013 we adopted a nice small terrier mix dog that is adorable and a great body guard at the same time. We don't smoke and live in smoke free home. I have been a successful Contractor business owner and retired from that industry in 2010. I have been a successful entrepreneur, realtor and investor and still active today. Volunteered for the community in US Soccer Youth programs for years and still today involved running an adult soccer league. Wife Kay is a house maker and her Japanese traditional morals makes her the most sweet person in the world you would like to meet with an impressive kindness and politeness that is priceless. I speak English, Italian, Spanish and French fluently and Kay speaks Japanese as well as English. So if you are from these countries we can speak your language as well too. Most important we are friendly social, open minded young :) Our home is your home when booking with us.

Simply Fantastic. You cannot get this kind of resort setting and privacy in any of the 5 stars resorts in town unless you want to spend $5000 per night for a Tropical Suite as big as this house that may not even have your own private swimming pool just steps away from your room(s).

For the fraction of the cost of staying in High scale hotel you enjoy more amenities then your typical hotels around the strip. Away from the crowd but minutes away from all the major attraction and tourist spots but yet just few minutes away on your sightseeing outing..
