This spacious suite comes with two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. This newly remodeled property reflects the Mayan region with natural stone and wood throughout. Spacious designer inspired bathroom made with natural cut stone. Great Location but Facilities Can Improve

Overall location would be the top reason I would stay here again cause of it's close proximity to waterfront and short walks to some delicious restaurants. The facilities itself needs improvement if you looking to have a comfy stay. AC unit may not work, pillow sheets can be smelly, and shower water is mostly warm. Not sure if it was just my room but that's what I experienced.

Wonderful stay in Cozumel!

My husband and I planned a last minute weekend trip to Cozumel, and Tom and his crew were able to accomodate us with fast and clear communication, and were extremely hospitable/went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We stayed in a standard room the first night and a mini suite the second night, and both were exceptionally clean, newly renovated, beautiful, and comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was included in our stay and was served in a beautiful courtyard with delicious food and coffee! (also a lovely bakery/coffee shop right next door) Oscar and Tom were so friendly and kind, and they gave recommendations and assisted us in an amazing day trip to one of the nearby beaches with food recs as well. Very fun location with lots of available taxis. Walkable to some smaller beaches and ~30 min drive to some bigger resort style beaches. Highly recommend anyone stay here for their trip, as the management and hospitality are unmatched.

Make sure you know what your paying for

I will say management did their best to accommodate our situation, it was me and my wife, along with her sister. They put an air mattress in our living area to make a sleeping area for my sister-in-law. The issues I had were as follows. First they only give you one room key. They will tell you it is because there is a shortage of them, but the truth is that you need your room key to turn on your A/C. You need to insert it into a slot to run your A/C which means when you leave you need to remove your key, turning off your A/C. Secondly, both fans in the bedroom were without fan blades making it useless. When I told management they said "they wrecked them". Not sure who "they" are, but they knew they had an issue and said nothing to us about it. Third, the toilet and bathroom sink had a leak. When we told them about the leaks they said they knew about. They obviously made no attempt to fix the problem, but at least they knew about it... Fourth, the toilet is within 1 inch of the shower, so you are almost sitting side saddle when you need to use it. Fifth, the chairs on the roof top in the pool area are broken. When you advertise that area as an amenity you might want to fix the issue. There are many hotels to stay in the same area that are nicer and less expensive. We were in room 32, so not sure if other rooms are in the same shape or not. So if you decide to gamble your vacation stay at the Flamingo, make sure you don't get that room.

I am always striving to provide a better experience for my clients and this year after 18 months of remodel we have a beautiful property with all of the latest amenities in a design that reflects the Mayan region using materials such as natural cut limestone and natural hard woods in the details and the furnishings. All of this makes for a unique experience with our highly trained English speaking staff. We offer full concierge services and offer a breakfast in the morning as well as a bar open each evening until 12 pm.
