IMPORTANT:
1. Early check-ins and late checkouts are available for but 50% of one night's cost upon request.
2. We welcome guests to do laundry during their stay, but please note the laundry room is shared with the owners of the home.
3. Please keep in mind that this is a basement apartment. We work hard to provide guests with a peaceful space during their stay but note that you may hear us walking around upstairs from time to time. We have provided earplugs in the top right drawer of the bedroom dresser for this reason.
4. There is no cable TV in the unit. We provide streaming devices but ask that guests sign into their own accounts for services.
