Super clean stilt house on White River between Mt.View and Batesville Arkansas

The river house is located in the Yorktown subdivision on the White River. Front porch river views and private boat launch next door. It’s a very secluded and private, small, gated community just between Mountain View and Batesville. My favorite thing about the cabin is laying on the full size swing bed and having a view of the river and the mountains. Arkansas at her finest! I also like to walk down to the water and fish off the bank. In the summer when the river is lower and slower paddle boarding can’t be beat. You also will love the cabin if you like any of these things: lounging, fishing, spending time with loved ones, grilling/chilling outside, birdwatching, reading, sleeping, relaxing, stargazing, watching movies on a soft, comfortable couch, working off site with great wifi. Everything is nice and brand new.
30 minute drive to Mountain View and 25 minute drive to Batesville.

Stone County is DRY. The closest liquor store is about 55 minutes away.

Small pets and kids are welcome but the cabin is not baby proof. The two bunk beds are great for kids and the loft is a cool hide out and has a full bed. Would not recommend bunks or the loft for adults.

Small kennel, doggie towels and small dog bowls provided by request. I could make a large pet exception, just reach out and we can work it out. Outdoor dogs are not a problem.

Help yourself to a paddle board or two kayaks but bring your own life jackets and fishing poles. Let me know if I can help answer questions! Would love to have you!
