Spotlessly clean, beautiful view, super responsive hosts, and a short walk from the baby beach by lava lava beach club! Could not have asked for a better way to start our vacation!

Good location, close to the main road but just far enough away to avoid most of the noise. Onsite community has great amenities - pool, grills and rinse station. Easily walkable to restaurants and shops. Killer view with the lanai. The unit came with activity gear that covers most of what you will want to do on the island. Host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions. Now the downsides, the unit especially the bathroom needs quite a bit of TLC. There was also a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen area. Mattress was on the hard side and bouncy, and the AC made loud screeching noises every so often when you run it. So in terms of what you pay for it, it might be what you could expect.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved being right on the ocean with the pool right out the back door. We saw spinner dolphins one morning from our lanai. The condo was clean and we loved the location. If your looking for view and location and cleanliness this is the place to stay. If your looking for lavish and top of the line you would be disappointed but luckily that's not us so this was perfect. I definitely can see us staying here again if someday we make it back to Kauai.

On vacation

Walked into a beautiful view of the ocean. Listened to the waves all night. Location was great. Was nearby many activities, shopping and eating. Room was clean, and very comfortable. Pool was nice too. Loved it!

First time in Kauai

The view was awesome and the place was exactly as described. Great communication before the trip made check in so simple. Great location for ready access to north and south areas. Good restaurants within walking distance. Pool was very refreshing after s long day at the beach. Would highly recommend. We had a great time.

Great location great view!

The condo was perfect. Location was easy to get to everything we wanted to see. The balcony view was beautiful. We would stay here again. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and their suggestions on what to see, recommendations for where to eat!

The location was excellent but the unit needs to be updated. The linoleum was torn in the kitchen and the cabinets (particularly the doors) were in disrepair.

Yeah it may be a little 70’s style, but that’s why we loved it :) For the price you cannot beat the view. Host Luke was awesome and responded to questions and such. Good location with a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Thanks for having us!

Growing up in Canada, my family visited Hawaii every winter. My husband and I are fortunate to now live on the island of Oahu. Kauai is just a short trip for us and is our favorite of the Hawaiian islands to visit. We love the slower pace and opportunity to vacation close to home. We enjoy relaxing at the beach as well as hiking, scuba diving, snorkeling and surfing. No wonder we love Kauai as it is a perfect island for outdoor activities and water sports.

The view is absolutely amazing. We love being right on the ocean. Kauai has been our favorite vacation destination for many years.

The location is ideal being only 10 minutes from the airport and central to exploring the island both to the north and south. Wailua Bay View is close to shops and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. We really enjoy the walking distance to the protected beach cove for little ones and nearby Lydgate Park.
