The washing machine issue, the turnover cleanliness gaps, and especially the 7-hour lockout during an already stressful week should not have happened, and we're sorry it added to that stress. We've since reviewed our cleaning turnover checklist with our crew and are upgrading the entry/lock system so no guest is left waiting on access again. We're also having our linens supplier and laundering process reviewed given what you described.
