We enjoyed our stay at the property. Really appreciated having a garage to park our vehicle in, especially since it did hail during our stay. The property is family friendly and good for kids!

Our Stay

The property was nice and clean, Great communication with the owner/manager. The location was perfect for our needs, drive way space and parking was perfect in the nice quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay there again, would recommend.

Perfect property for our family. Location was great, we were able to see the sights during the day and have somewhere quiet to return home to. We played games every night around the table. We would definitely return again

Great stay

This was a lovely property. The location was good and was close to a lot of things. The property was very well maintained and very comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

Home was perfect for our getaway - it is a perfect space for families or a group of friends. The use of the garage was very much appreciated as we didn't have to put our bikes back into the trailer after every ride. House was clean, in excellent repair, and located in such a nice quiet neighborhood.

Family Vacation

Worked out perfectly for our family. House was clean and spacious for the 7 of us. Huge common area in back yard was perfect for kids. Will stay here again.

Safety/Security Issue

The home and area were wonderful. Had a "staying at your grandparents" feel, and it was a nice home overall. Lots of area to relax with two spaces (upper and lower levels). Some extra clutter and too personal of photos being showcased, yet very nice overall.The major concern, however, was the entry made by the property owner/manager (the first 24 hours we were there) and the neighbor boy (2nd to last day we were there).We were not made aware that during our stay there would be people coming into the garage/home. We were in contact with the prop. manager/owner and made it clear that no one is to be on the premises/gain access to the home unless it's an emergency pertaining to the property.We stated that we were to be told of this prior to our stay, or have it in the listing (maintenance ppl, etc.)The day prior to us leaving *another* person gained access to the home. We had had enough and left. We provided this all to VRBO and have the screenshots of the convos with the owner/prop. manager showing his admission to himself and other people coming into the garage/home/property during our week long stay.It is our hope that the owner/prop. manager is now versed on the proper protocols via VRBO staff. Yet be forewarned that he/others will be gaining access into the home/onto the property while you are there!

We stayed here during a motorcycle trip to South Dakota, and this house was exactly what we were looking for.The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean, and the setup worked perfectly for us. One of the biggest advantages was the two-car garage, which easily fit both of our motorcycles and gave us peace of mind each night.Since we packed light for a five-day ride, having a washer and dryer available was a huge bonus. The main floor had two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom. There were also two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom downstairs, which gave us more space than we needed but was nice to have.After spending all day on the bikes, it was great to come back to a comfortable place where we could relax and spread out.The host was fantastic to work with and communicated quickly whenever we had a question.If I find myself back in South Dakota, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
