Welcome to Pocketful of Sunshine, a beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath WaterColor retreat created for effortless beach living, comfort, and connection. With four private king suites, a dedicated bunk room, and thoughtfully curated coastal interiors, this home is ideal for families and multi-family groups seeking space, privacy, and premium amenities.

Your stay includes a 6-passenger GEM golf cart, complimentary bikes, and WaterColor HOA wristbands providing full access to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor pools and slides, multiple community pools, scenic trails, tennis, pickleball, and easy access to Seaside and Western Lake — all included, with no additional amenity fees.

Enjoy mornings with coffee on the screened porch, sun-filled days at the Beach Club or exploring 30A, and relaxed evenings cooking in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, gathering around the spacious dining table, or cruising through WaterColor by bike or golf cart. Beautiful house and neighborhood. We enjoyed all of the various pools as well as the beach. The Trolley service to the front door really made it easy for the family to ride to the beach with chairs and umbrellas. We loved our time in Watercolor. We will return!

We loved our stay at “A Pocket Full of Sunshine”!Location was close to the Publix grocery store and having access to WaterColor Beach Club and WaterColor Kids Camp was perfect for our grandchildren 5 and under. The golf cart was an extra bonus which we used everyday, especially having little ones!! Looking forward to returning next year! The property Host was wonderful to work with!

Great place for our family!

We all loved it! This was for our 50th wedding anniversary, and all our children and grandchildren came. The kids loved the beach and Camp Watercolor, the adults loved the great dining in the area, and we all loved the house - it was perfect for us! We had a problem with the door lock when we arrived, but the owner took care of it immediately. Everything else was perfect! We will certainly look at coming back when we have another special occasion.

A Beautiful Watercolor Home!

We have been coming to Watercolor for years and this is our favorite house yet! Sharon is very communicative throughout the process and super helpful with any need. Our children are young and were over the moon with be playhouse and dollhouse upstairs! We also loved having upper and lower screened porches. The golf cart was great and one of the nicer ones we have had. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
