The Ocean Facing Back Deck Is The Perfect Place To Enjoy Expansive Views of the Mighty Atlantic, Look for Dolphins, Sip Coffee or Wine And Watch The Sun Come Up and Go Back Down. We Are Situated On The Second Floor Of The Condo Unit Which Gives You The Perfect Height To See Everything While Still Offering a Covered Deck So It's Not Burning Hot In the Summer!

There Is Dining At The Glass Table For 6 And a Breakfast Bar With 4 Bar Stools In The Dining Area. Living Room And Kitchen Face The Ocean. Feel Free To Use The Full Size Washer And Dryer In The Laundry Room Located Inside The Condo. There Is Also a Iron, Ironing Board And Clothes Steamer Available. Since We Are Next To The Islander Resort, This Condo Is a Perfect Location If You Are Attending a Wedding or Other Event There!

Spend The Day At The Sea Or Play a Round Of Golf At The Dozens Of Courses In The Area. We Have 6/8 Beach Chairs Available For You To Use During Your Stay. You Will Have Tandem Parking For 4 Vehicles, 2 Covered And 2 Uncovered.

Community pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

My first career was 30 years in the hospitality business followed by my second career in real estate. Now I'm self employed as a rental property investor and I manage 2 short term rental properties on OIB. My goal is to provide an extremely clean and sanitized, comfortable home, while extending exceptional customer service and hospitality. My guests are my number one priority, and I want your stay to be comfortable, enjoyable and fun. I work closely with my house cleaning team to do a great job for all our guests.

I spent 10years visiting OIB dreaming of the day I would own something on this island. My husband and I stayed at one of these condos and loved the feel of it. After looking for about a year, one of the ocean facing condos went for sale and luckily the timing was right for us so we bought it, updated and redecorated it. My goal is to provide an extremely clean and sanitized, comfortable home, while extending exceptional customer service and hospitality. My guests are my number one priority, and I want your stay to be comfortable, enjoyable and fun. My husband and I stayed at one of these condos and just loved how it felt. 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms worked for our family and we knew it would be a good short term rental as we only come to the beach in the off season. It took a year for a ocean facing condo to become available to buy. The timing was right, we bought it, updated it and redecorated it.

The views are AMAZING! Our condo is the closest unit to the LeVolte Restaurant/Ocean front pool/outdoor bar/dining. You just walk across the parking lot. The beach is right there too so you don't have to get in your car. Now with the pay for parking at OIB this is a plus for people staying at our condo. OIB has so much to offer, free concerts, great restaurants, cute mini golf and island museum and close to lots of golfing and dirty Myrtle beach if you want to experience that . :)
