Bring the whole family and some friends to these great side by side homes with lots of room for fun. Escondido Resort boasts an amazing pool, waterslide, lazy river and hot tubs. There are 2 reservoirs, Zion National Park, Sand dunes, some of the best golfing, world class mountain biking, hiking, restaurants and much much more all within an hour. This property sleeps 32 people. Come enjoy the sun and beautiful red rocks of southern Utah.

These homes includes full kitchens, Loft areas, 2 car garages, fun family games and a back patios for bbq and relaxing. The property is very close to the pool resort area.

Very much enjoyed the house and the water park. Scott was very helpful in the check-in process and everything went smoothly. I'd highly recommend this property.

Large Family fun in the sun.

Location was great! Close to stores and hiking trails. Lots of fun things to do. We loved Tuacahn. We had so much fun at the pool and in the lazy river, Adults and children alike! House was perfect for our big group!! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom!!

Annual family vacation

Beautiful spot!!! We needed two condos to fit everyone! We have 7 daughters so with both condos, each family had their own room and bathroom. Condos are very close to the pool/waterside/lazy river/hot tub. The host was very easy to work with, and answered questions right away. We would love to come back.

Spacious and comfortable

Great property for a large group. Great kitchens and roomy bedrooms. Nice new area too. Climate control was also on point. Upper floor bathrooms are contained within bedrooms not in common area. Not big deal but good to know. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Special Thanksgiving Retreat

Plenty of space for large families to gather. Great location for enjoying the Red Rock Country. The kids really enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and pickleball courts. Well stocked kitchens with everything we needed. The listing indicated one of the bedrooms had a king and 2 full beds, which it did not. The upstairs family rooms have daybeds but the lower beds are nonfunctioning

This property was fantastic for our family reunion! We loved the pool with lazy river and slide and the space was amazing with as many private bathrooms as bedrooms. Kitchen was great, laundry was great. Location was awesome, 10 minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs. The only thing we needed was a larger gathering area for everyone. The upstairs was better, but we still could've used more room. We loved our stay here though!
