Caper Cottages - Ocean Front - RED

Here you'll enjoy a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in our newly built one bedroom cottages on Isle Madame, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Each cottage has everything you need to relax and recharge for a couple of days, week or month. Enjoy the amazing views from this secluded spot. With calm waters for kayaking, standup boarding, snorkelling or just relaxing. Great location for biking, hiking and water activities.

Introducing our newly built cottages, completed in 2023, offering a fresh and inviting stay. Our ocean front lot with three one bedroom cottages at 384 square foot and private deck. Each cottage features a queen bed, full bathroom with large walk-in shower, washer/dryer, full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dining table and sofa-bed for extra guests. Includes mini-split heat pump for heating and air conditioning. Free high speed internet, a Smart TV and we provide an exclusive streaming experience for your favorite movies and TV shows throughout your stay. 

We provide a starter pack of essentials—including a small supply of toilet paper, paper towels, k-Cups/Tea, Spice Rack and basic condiments—but you’ll be responsible for picking up anything additional you may need during your stay.

We provide Kayaks and Stand-up boards with life jackets to use during your stay. Once the weather turns too cold(winter months), kayaks and stand-up boards are no longer available for use. Shared outdoor space. BBQ and Firepit(supplies provided) for each cottage with outdoor seating. Free Parking by each cottage for one vehicle. Cottages are not setup for young children or babies. No Pets allowed.

Site is very beautifull and the cottage is just amazing for everything you need is there. You can also take a kayak or a paddleboard and go safely between the islands just in front. Calm place with many beaches near.

Beautiful area

We made this cottage as our base camp to visit Isle Madame. Cottage did not disappoint, was exactly as the pictures shown.

We had a fun time! The cottage was awesome, clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need. There was kayaks & paddle boards to use. We enjoyed kayaking. Peaceful location with beautiful views.

The stay in the Red Cabin went beyond our expectations. Comfortable, cozy and clean. Located on a calm ocean bay, the scenery and kayaking was amazing.

Definitely Book

From getting there to being there the hosts were so amazing and helpful. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for me and my 2 kids. They have literally supplied you with everything you need. Now the view, unbelievably beautiful location and such an amazing spot to kayak which they also provide. Close enough to a town but far enough away. I cannot recommend staying here enough and we will definitely be back.

Amazing location (not only on Isle Madame, but also on the property)! We loved being able to walk out the door and go walk right into the water. Access to paddle boards and kayaks to roam around the nearby islands.Great place to relax, enjoy the beaches and the beauty around you.
