We really enjoyed our stay, the place was just what we needed! Great layout, very comfortable and clean, and quiet, safe neighborhood. The outdoor deck area was amazing too. Matt was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend others do too!

Freezer, fridge and pantry had food in it that wasnt mine! Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, beds were uncomfortable, the one shower, was very small. Plugged in a lamp in the bedroom and it shut the breaker off (nothing else in the room was on). Had to climb up on the bunk bed to flip the breaker. Did enjoy hosts decor. Close to the beach but a distance to walk to it.

Matt was fantastic to work with. Property was very clean, cute decor, and well stocked with towels, toiletries, etc. Lots of beds - can accommodate many to sleep. Dock is wonderful with lots of seating. Little tight for getting dressed in the rooms with the full beds, since we only had four people we were able to spread out to get changed and it worked very well. Love being so close to Colonial Bakery, Lavalette Boardwalk, and the beach.

Tranquility on the lagoon

Great location! Absolutely amazing backyard, right on the tranquil lagoon. Plenty of outdoor space to have guests visit! Surrounded by very friendly neighbors and plenty of parking.

Perfect summer get away!

This super cozy beach cottage was the perfect house for my friends and I. The back patio is so serene, right on the water and the perfect view for the sunset. We spent most of our time out back and didn’t want to leave! Matt was incredibly responsive and such a pleasure to book with. The house was clean and ready for us with beach tags, games, and chairs. We truly couldn’t have picked a better place!
