I don't think there could be a better hotel-style room at the Fountainbleau. It's right on top of the beach, with an unobstructed, 180-degree view. The room itself is spacious and clean, and the decor is sophisticated. As described, it's just a suite-style hotel room and not a full condo with a kitchen, but in addition to the minibar, it has a standard mini fridge and a bar sink, which were nice conveniences. I was attending a conference, and I was concerned that booking a room in the Sorrento tower would put me a long distance from the meeting rooms that were on the complete opposite side of the property, but it was a much shorter walk than I expected based on looking at the resort map--definitely under 10 minutes, and probably closer to 5. Plus, half the people I knew who had booked through the hotel ended up getting put in rooms in the towers on this side of the property anyway. The location relative to the main pool area is very convenient.The hotel was crowded so check-in was a bit challenging, but that was no fault of the owner. The desk staff were just overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend checking in at the Tesor check-in desk rather than the main hotel check-in.I never did really understand what the "spa passes" entitled me to (was it just free admission, or a free service?), but unfortunately, I didn't have time to visit the spa anyway.Owner communication and instructions were good. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars, and I would definitely stay there again.

This unit was great! Amazing view of the ocean and fantastic location. And the information provided by the host was spot on, just like everyone else said. Yes, you should go in knowing that this is not a new resort or newly remodeled unit, so there is some wear and tear from normal usage. But overall it is great and I would rent it again if I'm in the area. The vibe of the resort is pretty buzzing. We went to one resort restaurant during our stay and the food was fantastic! The only issue we had was with the resort check in...our unit wasn't ready on time. Not sure if this is a habitual thing at this resort, but just keep in mind there could be a check in delay due to the room not being cleaned yet (and this has nothing to do with the host). Still, all-in-all, I would rent this unit again without hesitation. Thank you for a great stay!!

Beautiful views and beach

We had a great weekend away! Everything was easy to access, beaches and pools were beautiful with friendly staff to help along the way. As far as the room; the views were gorgeous. The location is perfect! A 4-star because the carpet, couch/pillows, and headboard of bed were a bit worn and stained, but that did not take away from a great stay. There was no need to communicate with the property manager since everything was taken care of through the resort.

AMAZING OCEAN FRONT VACATION!

This place is PERFECT! We so enjoyed this condo at Fountainbleau at Miami Beach! Lovely ocean-front balcony - we watched gorgeous sunrises right there, sipping our coffee! The king bed is so comfortable, and the kitchenette has everything you need. The beach and pools are fantastic!

Miami visit

Location great. Need extra blanket- only extra pillows. Also, carpet needs updating- frayed edges and stains in places. Friday night guy next door had a loud tantrum which sounded like someone trying to break in and Sunday night between 1:30am-2:30am guys in hallway banging doors and making noise. I almost called 911. Didn’t get much sleep.

Outstanding

Property is exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, the view is excellent ocean front, dining, beach, all amenities are within easy reach. If you are looking to stay at sorrento or tresor I would highly recommend.
