We're excited to host you in this beautifully updated and spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse, perfect for families or groups of up to 10 guests!
Overview: This open-concept, one-level condo sits just up a short flight of steps and features:

All the comforts of home for a relaxing beach getaway
Location: Nestled in the ocean block of Van Dyke Street, you're just steps from the beach on the southern edge of Dewey Beach.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location!

This is a beautiful condo in the perfect location on a quiet ocean block. We appreciated having 2 dedicated parking spots for the unit near the entrance. It was clear the owners have put effort and thought into making their home ready for guests. This property was spotless and was even more spacious than we imagined from looking at the photos. The layout of the property was great. One of our favorite parts of this home was the large screened in porch; it was nice to be able to spend time outside day and night. The whole process was seamless - booking and payment, adding the linen rental package, checking in and checking out, and easy keyless entry. This property is a 10/10!
