Place was nice. Shower wasn’t good at all. Cold water and low pressure. Sink water came out a different color when you first turn it on. Rust around the shower as well. The pool was nice and close to beach restaurants.

Great host & apartment

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was super responsive and made sure we were looked after. The apartment was well stocked for the kitchen towels & wifi was great. The pool was nice (would be a bit better if the guys cleaning were on time) Location was greatThe only improvement would be: the back gate kept on getting opened by construction guys, who sometime cam to check the place out & construction was 6 days a week(but that will end soon). The noise levels were not badWe hope to return as soon as we.can

Welcome! I love hosting and helping travelers experience the beauty, culture, and vibrant energy of the Dominican Republic. Providing a clean, safe, and deeply comfortable space for my guests is my top priority. I am always happy to share local recommendations for the best beaches, hidden dining spots, and must-see attractions in Boca Chica. Whether you are visiting for a relaxing beach escape or a family holiday, my goal is to make your stay completely seamless and unforgettable.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose the Boca Paraíso neighborhood because it offers the absolute best of both worlds in Boca Chica: total peace, privacy, and 24/7 gated security, while still being an easy 10-minute walk to the stunning white sands and turquoise waters of the main beach. It is a wonderfully convenient community where you can enjoy local beachside dining, lively nightlife, and authentic culture, then step back into a quiet, relaxing poolside oasis at the end of the day. Plus, being only 15 minutes from Las Américas International Airport makes it the ultimate hassle-free destination.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What truly sets our villa apart is the rare combination of resort-style convenience and absolute peace of mind. Unlike many standalone rentals in the area, our property is nestled inside the highly secure, 24/7 guarded enclave of Boca Paraíso. You can step directly out onto a private balcony to enjoy refreshing pool views, with the complex’s sparkling resort pool located just steps from your front door.
Inside, we have completely upgraded the comfort experience: the villa features three powerful, dedicated air conditioning units ensuring total climate control in every room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and your own dedicated parking spot right at the front door. We offer a quiet, secure, and private tropical sanctuary that remains a comfortable, flat 10-minute walk to the white sands, turquoise waters, and vibrant beachfront dining of Boca Chica.
