Luxury 2-story vacation rental town home with flat screen tv's in every room & private entry. This floor plan offers privacy with bedroom and bathroom combinations, large flatscreen TV's in each King bedroom and in the living room.
Private patio entry.
Newly renovated bright open floor plan with luxurious finishes equipped with washing/drying machine, dishwasher, cookware, dining ware, kitchen utensils and Keurig all for your usage. Nice kitchen with all new stainless appliances, exquisite quartz countertops, dining room table, nice living area with all new & chic furniture.
Two bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom bunk and a twin on the top, and there is a king sleeper sofa in the living room. Apartment sleeps 7.
Walking distance to coffee shops, great bars, restaurants, the acclaimed Mary Mac's Tea Room, Piedmont park, The Atlanta Beltline, Ponce City Market, Historic Old Fourth Ward Park.
Walking distance to a bike share station and MARTA(public transportation).
Outdoor security surveillance system for additional security.
In the heart of Midtown, this is an amazing location.
ONLY 2 cars are allowed to park behind the triplex plus free street parking. No parking is allowed in the driveway.

Great location in a nice neighborhood. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 2 families. Communication with the host was easy. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time with our family. The unit was clean, appeared as advertised, and beds were comfortable. Everything we wanted to do in Atlanta was within an easy 10-15 minute drive and the parking in the back of the location was very much appreciated!

Great house that was perfect for our group of friends attending a conference at the World Congress Convention Center. The location was perfect and the home had everything we needed! The owners were so easy to communicate with and replied immediately to us. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Atlanta for our daughter's graduation. We were 6 people - and all the bedrooms were perfectly setup. 3 full bathrooms made this rental our choice, but the amenities on arrival and overall condition of the property on arrival made us know, we made the right choice. Emily thought of everything. As I was unpacking I thought - darn it, I left my clothes steamer home - and looked up and there was one in the closet. Super clean, super easy to work with, exceeded our expectations. Nice quiet neighborhood close to many things. Thank you!

Family trip to Atlanta

We took a long weekend family trip with my children and grandchildren. We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the aquarium, the coke museum and other attractions. Property was very nice and just as described.

We were in town for a family event and stayed at this beautiful house. We also had a three and one year old. Emily was very responsive and went above and beyond making sure we had all that we needed and more. She made sure there was a baby gate at the top of the stairs. She also provided a high chair and pack n play. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we needed. I would definitely recommend the place.

Great multi-generational getaway

Our family enjoyed our kid spring break grandparent milestone birthday... wonderful location to walk to the park and around the neighborhood. Easy to drive to key sites around town. Very comfortable and clean. Good communication and easy check-in/out.

Beautifully and graciously appointed apartment!

We had a lovely stay at this unit. It was so beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with the comfort of their guest in mind. Great place to stay! I hope to come back again on a future visit to Atlanta.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, good communication by host, easy to get to most places we wanted to go. Just wish the listing had been more specific about the fact that it was the upstairs unit of a triplex and that parking is tight really in the back on the concrete. We have loud kids and being a part of a wood floor triplex is just not what we were going for. We kept having to ask them to walk quieter and speak softer and it felt stressful. Had it been a stand alone home with a place for them to play outside it would have been perfect.

Wonderful stay in midtown

The property is well located in midtown with enough space for my husband and I, my brother and 7 year old boy. The little things are thought of for short stays of like having washer tabs for the laundry, enough toiletries and towels. The decor is nice and makes you feel homey. Communication is great! I would definitely stay here again!!
