Clean & Quiet Redding Retreat - 3BD 2BA

Welcome to our Redding home! Perfect for remote workers, traveling nurses, or anyone in between. Our smoke- & pet-free home is nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Centrally located near I-5, Costco, and many restaurants. Our home is a short 10-minute drive from the Sundial Bridge, Waterworks Park, and Bethel Church. Experience the perfect blend of accessibility and tranquility for your stay.

Our home has a large kitchen, oversized dining area, outside covered patio, and outdoor furniture. Sink into the plush comfort of our spacious living room, furnished with cozy reclining sofas and a Smart TV; Simply sign in to your Netflix, Hulu, or Disney accounts for entertainment.

Guests have access to the entire house, except 2 locked storage closets.

All vehicles should be parked either in the garage or in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed for short-term rentals within the city limits of Redding. Additionally, the City mandates that we maintain a log of all vehicles brought to our residence. Upon arrival, you'll need to provide the following: vehicle make, model, color, license plate number, and state of registration.

Our property offers parking space for 1-2 cars in the garage, 2 cars in the driveway, and room for parking a small boat/ trailer, or small RV along the side of the house. Guests must first enter the house using their code to access the garage door opener. When leaving, guests must close the garage door first, and exit through the front door. Do not exit from the garage.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior cameras that record audio & video in outdoor areas around our house.

A few reminders:
Quiet Hours 10pm-8am - per City regulations

No parties, gatherings, or or events. Registered guests only - 6 maximum. No other people (family/friends/etc.) are permitted in the house & on the property without prior written consent from the host or co-hosts.

We allow 6 guests maximum. If more than 6 people are brought to our home, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund or charge a $200 fee per extra person per night.

No Pets/Animals - Our home is pet-free and smoke-free, including service animals. We love pets, but this home is not pet-friendly. We strictly enforce a no-pet policy, including service animals. Any evidence of animals during your stay will incur a $250 fee for additional cleaning.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside or outside. This is a non-smoking/vaping home. The use of drugs or Marijuana is prohibited on this property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if the scent of tobacco or marijuana is detected in the house. This fee is necessary to ensure that the odor is completely removed before welcoming the next guests.
