Our home is fully stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, coffee/tea, and other amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while still being close to all the action! Don`t miss out on this charming and affordable rental opportunity. Book now for your next vacation or extended stay.

Pets welcome if approved - $20/night/pet. Please enquire.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

Great stay

Even though we were over 5 people the owner was gracious to allow all 6 of us. The house was immaculate, close to Dunkin', and communication was pre-emptive and thorough.

Better than a hotel room any day!

This property was well represented by its listing on VRBO. I made a few recommendations to the property owner concerning some carpenter bees that prevented using the outdoor deck to its potential, but I would not hesitate to recommend this property. It was excellent for a week's visit with family in Brockport.

Quick Rental was Excellent!

Because of family emergencies, we needed to stay in the area longer than planned. The host quickly found us this well-appointed, warm home and was extremely helpful in permitting us to add another night when we made an error in our booking.

Nice Comfy Well Cared for House

This house was very clean and well maintained. Its clear that the owners also take good care in decorating this property. Since it is on a main road, there was a bit of increased traffic noise during the weekend. There are goid reataurants nearby.

Wonderful

This was my first time using vrbo or staying anywhere other than a hotel and I had a wonderful time. We had a dirty blanket and the owner had a new one quickly delivered (there are a lot of other blankets in the home so this was just an extra ounce of kindness). Having the kitchen really helped when we were cooking for both a wedding and a celebration of life this weekend.
