Wonderful unit! Everything was as listed. Quiet neighborhood, great beach on the property and very good food options nearby. Unit was very clean and everything needed for a relaxing day at the beach was provided. Great place to stay! Will definitely be back!

Great location

Great condo. It has a well stocked kitchen, a/c in the bedrooms, beautiful view, beach chairs, ice chest, umbrella, great little beach out front for snorkeling. Highly recommend this place. Only drawback is the laundry room is shared, not in the unit and you have to download an app to use/pay for the machines.

Amazing View

Very nice condo, feels private and beautiful view on the ocean. A lot of big turtles, especially feeding at sunset. Walking down on beach at night our son almost stepped on a turtle thinking they were rocks! The kitchen had all we needed. The beach here is small bordered by rocks, so you can't walk a beach. But excellent location that is close to everything. Good snorkeling just north at Kapalua & great breakfast at the Gazebo. .

Overall Great Stay

Kuleana 104 is an overall amazing condo. The condo is remarkably decorated and has high end details and features, along with stunning ocean and sunset views. Our disappointment came with the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. There was an extreme amount of dust throughout the unit. The televisions were covered with dust, in addition to the stairs and other furniture. With a high cleaning and management fee (almost a third of our overall cost of our stay), we would have expected to find the condo in extremely clean condition upon arrival. We also experienced the visit of a gecko and wasp through the roof/ceiling of the upstairs bedroom, which was a little concerning. Again, the condo is wonderful and we would stay here again, but with the high management/cleaning fee we expected to find a different situation.
