Conveniently located just a mile from downtown SLO, granting easy access to all the fantastic amenities the city has to offer. Featuring two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it a perfect choice for couples or families. It also has a fully stocked kitchen & laundry facilities making you feel right at home. Take a moment to relax on the private patio and admire the beautiful views of the mountains.

New construction. Open spacious floor plan, large master with en-suite master bath, dresser and 2 closets. Guest bedroom also has large closets and a dresser for storage. Comfortable seating and dining options. Fully stocked kitchen. Full size in-unit washer and dryer.

No on-site parking is available. Guests must park on the public streets surrounding complex which is all open street free parking.
A 3% merchant service processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
