Four bedroom 3 bathroom ranch located in Edgartown. Minutes from Sengekontacket Pond and bike paths. Large open living area, adjacent kitchen with lots of windows and plenty of sunshine.

Kid-friendly home with a mix of casual and comfortable furniture. Kitchen features stove, plenty of counter space, nice dining area and fireplace. Living room has plenty of seating for watching TV, reading or game nights.
Huge master bedroom with king sized bed and full ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed/own bathroom. Third bedroom offers two twin beds. Fourth bedroom offers two twin beds. Spacious front porch and large yard.

Walk 5 minutes to Sengekontacket Pond where you can kayak and canoe, picnic on the protected shores, and scallop, clam, and windsurf its waters. Small islands in the pond are important nesting sites for shorebirds such as terns. Great fun for kids!

Closest Beach: Joseph Sylvia State Beach

Amenities include air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Hi Speed Internet, BBQ grill, and beach chairs.

JAWS 50 th anniversary trip

Myself, my husband, our adult son, my sister, her adult son and my mother. House is really big. There was plenty of room for everyone! Updated nicel and clean as a whistle. We could all eat together at the dining table and we made use of the yard and deck with BBQ which is pretty cool. Owners were easy to contact and responded quickly. Had a great time. Would definitely book again!

Sweet Spacious House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet house. The rooms very comfortable and the entire area is so quiet. This house is close to everything without being in the thick of it.

Wonderful

Perfect home in every way. It felt like we were in a Nancy Meyers inspired set! Loved the ranch style layout, plenty of bedrooms with extremely comfortable mattresses. Three full size bathrooms. The central AC was heavenly! Living room was the central place for us to gather and oh boy what plush and comfortable seating. The neighborhood was lovely to stroll early morning with our coffee and early evening to take in some kayaking at sunset. We loved every aspect of this home and neighborhood.

Perfect Family Getaway in Charming Edgartown!

My family's stay at this property exceeded our expectations. The location is great, it is in a peaceful and quaint neighborhood and only a short drive to the town center. The layout was spacious yet cozy, providing more than enough room for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for cooking and enjoying family dinners. The outdoor space was a wonderful feature of this property. The kids had a blast playing in the backyard, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio swing. The host was very responsive and we didn't have any issues with checking in. Overall it was a great weekend getaway!
