During your stay, be sure to snap a picture at the Lake Placid Mural, take serene strolls around the Lake Wales Ridge Wildlife Refuge, and grab some sweet sips at one of the local wineries or distilleries.

When you are ready to relax, settle down amidst the home's sunny layout. The living room's comfortable seating and large TV lend themselves to morning newscasts and evening movie viewings. Steps from here, the fully equipped kitchen displays stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Both a wicker dining table and a sizable breakfast bar are available for mealtime.

A pleasant spot for the home's primary guests, the main bedroom is roomy and bright. A large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and large vanity are available off the bedroom. The additional bedroom is just as lovely, adorned with soft linens and central air. A private washer/dryer and patio round out the home's stellar amenities!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
