If I could get this couple 10 Stars I would left our home spotless. They stayed the whole month of February the home looks like no one was ever there I mean it was spotless. Any host would be lucky to have this couple stay at their home. I hope they come back soon they are welcome in our home anytime.

I would recommend kitie and Her family to any host.They'd be lucky to have them. If I could give her and her family a 100 stars I would left our house spotless. And they didn't even have electricity for more than 24 hours, just amazing people. I had the opportunity to talk to her for a few minutes. Diane was the worst guest we ever had. She's upset because we would not rent to her the following week off the books. She went as far as telling my wife and I you'll see I'm going to fix you good I looked up her reviews from another host they gave her three stars it seems she's a problem wherever she goes. I was trying to be nice when she asked us to come over and let's talk about rent for the following week or maybe more. First thing we noticed when we got there we had a broken porch screen dog urine in the screened in porch..And a lot of other things I really don't want to get into. It's sad that people can write whatever they want. The only thing she told the truth about all of sun in lakes in lake placid is on well water there is a slight odor it's well water. We have our filters changed every 30 days. Still it's well water there is a slight odor. We've hosted over 75 guest since 2016 and actually made a lot of good friends along the way and met a lot of great people 99.9% of people in my opinion are great. We love our guests we really do and always hope they have the best vacation ever. We try to keep our prices as low as possible so people can afford to stay and enjoy their time in lake placid Florida. No hard feelings I really do hope she gets the help she needs God bless
