Amazing Home!

We spent a girl’s weekend at this beautiful house and it was perfect! The inside of the house has been tastefully redone, with great living spaces. A beautiful pool, 6 loungers (yes!) and a table complete the outside! The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was close enough to restaurants! Icing on the cake was seeing dolphins and enjoying the amazing sunsets! Thanks, Siegfried, for being a great host!!

Very enjoyable stay to attend a family wedding in Fort Myers. We enjoyed the pool and lounging on the dock. There was ample space indoors to gather for conversation, card games, etc. Our ages ranged from 93 to 10. Enjoyed by all!

Fantastic Villa

This was our first family Christmas abroad and spending it in this wonderful villa was perfect. The quality of fixtures and fittings are fantastic. The location is great and the sunsets were fab each night. Being right on the gulf was great for our boating days.

Fantastic Villa

Villa is gorgeous, all rooms very high spec and subtle decor. Large windows bring in the light. Kitchen-wise there is everything you need. Beds very comfy and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space. Outside is in need of a little renovation/tlc but saying that it’s a great space. The pool is big and you’re straight out to the canal. We saw dolphins right outside the villa quite a few times during our stay. Slightly disappointed there were no kayaks or fishing gear (as had been there on our previous stay) but understand that Hurricane Ian caused a lot of damage and loss. Overall, the villa is a perfect paradise - would definitely stay again.

Exceeded our Expectations!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this house in Cape Coral! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty, size, and impeccable cleanliness of the property. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view of the river that we were able to enjoy from the pool as well as the living/dining area. Waking up every morning to that stunning vista was a true delight. And to top it off, we were treated to the sight of dolphins fishing in the canal right from the comfort of the house! It truly felt like a slice of paradise. The photos online accurately represented the property, but being there in person was even better. In fact, I think the pool is even larger than it appears online! The house was just a few minutes away on foot from the Boathouse, which is a fun place to watch the sun go down as you enjoy dinner and live music. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The booking process was seamless and straightforward, making our experience stress-free from start to finish. We were personally welcomed by the Host, and he was helpful and friendly! We highly recommend this VRBO house to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and unforgettable stay in Cape Coral. We'll definitely be back! Thank you to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise with us!

Everything in the house was brand new - from furniture to kitchen items to towels. Location was amazing. We had a few issues while we were there but the property manger was quick to resolve and solve them.

Great location and views of water. All new, clean interior since rehabbed after Ian. We had a great time as it is close to beach and Boathouse restaurant. Pool area and exterior could use some attention.

Awesome!!

Great place to stay, close to Sanibel and Ft. Myers. Check in was a breeze. Overall two adults and three grandkids had plenty of space. Had great days at Sanibel and enjoying the pool out back. My son caught a few off the dock and my grandsons saw manatees in the canal! Great places to eat nearby, including Ford's Garage. We had fun taking the tour at the Wicked Dolphin Distillery. Only issue is need to improve AC in front room, though we had quick response from property manager. Made some wonderful memories with the kids. Would book this again.

Beautiful location and pool house needs major TLC

Renting, checking in and dealing with the property manager was easy and a pleasure. The location and pool were perfect. The pool area did not have fans outside, needed to bring the floor fans outside. If you are staying here and will not be cooking and spending too much time inside you will not have issue with the house. We happen to be a family that cooks and hangs out at the houses we rent for reasons not necessary to write. The house was very warm needed to keep all ceiling fans and floor fans running all the time, we closed the vents and doors in the rooms we were not using to maximize the air flow. Running the fans will make you use more than the allotted amount allowed of electricity however the property manager was fair and did not charge us extra since there was an issue with the house being so warm —the house was comfortable to sleep at night once you keep all the fans running. Beds were comfortable we used the two main bedrooms not the back bedrooms or bathroom. Lost electric- not anyones fault- house did not have and flash lights had to go out and buy, so if you will be renting this house bring flashlight. We lost electricity a few times but it would come back quickly except one time. The house was stocked with everything else you would need to cook. The house needs a good cleaning. Do not leave any food and watch for crumbs on the counters and tables since you will get ants very quickly and check to make sure the sugar bowl does not have sugar one source of the ants. Be sure to keep the blinds towards afternoon to keep the house cool. In the evening you will not be able to close all the blinds in the sunken living room for privacy The main television needs to be hard wired to the modem, we had to input a very long password several times a day to reconnect the TV- we made that suggestion to the property manager, along with the suggestion to change all the vents in the home since they were very dirty. The garage had bikes, kayaks, coolers, floats for the pool. If using the boat lift-needs to be oiled makes a very loud sound when using. This was my second time using VRBO- I will pay more attention to what people write in the future

Peaceful relaxing vacation.

Riverview at Dolphin Drive, lived up to our expectations.Beautiful area with great view across the river.Very quiet and relaxing place to chill out from the stresses of every day life. Dolphins came past the boat dock on numerous occasions plus on final day a manatee cruised passed.We had great weather,lots of sun so we made full use of the large pool. Given the opportunity we would have no hesitation in staying at this property again.
