Great property, great location

The property was clean and secure. Steps from the beach and a local coffee shop. There are two things I say were interesting: The parking spot is small, so don't bring a big truck it may not fit and the on site laundry starts at 8AM (powered off until 8AM) and requires a phone app to use.

Nice place

The place was very nice, and very clean. Only Complaint is when we got there the place had been closed up tight, so it was HOT!!! We ended up not staying there our first night because after checking in at 4, opening the place up with fans and all, it was still unbearable at midnight to even attempt to sleep in. (85 degrees) other then that great customer service and very easy to get ahold of management for anything needed!

Great Location, but showing some wear.

The property's location is absolutely perfect on the large beach in Oceanside, and on the harbor. But, the room was not as clean as it should be during COVID. We wiped down all of the light switches and doorknobs, and pretty sure they hadn't been wiped down in some time. Also, the decor is starting to show wear and is dated. For such a nice spot, a little updating and a good clean would make this rating much higher.

Great Location

The property location is fantastic. Right between the Marina and the beach there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The only negative with this property is the parking. There is only one space and it is extremely tight. If you have a larger vehicle I wouldn't recommend it. We have a Mazda CR5 and it was a tight fit.

Marina

The condo was great! No AC which was a little scary for us, because we are from Louisiana, but the cool breeze off the ocean was wonderful! It was very clean, walking distance t the beach and restaurants! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great for a family of 4

Great location and view. Clean and comfortable. Only downside was quality of the bed in the master bedroom - not comfortable at all - squeaky and soft with a dip in the center.
