The stay was great, it’s so close to the beach and walking distance of most things. The amenities within the room itself were so thoughtful and felt very homey , will be returning and rebooking with the same host in the future

Nice unit. Well stocked with snacks, beach gear and etc. AC worked great in bedroom if you keep bedroom door closed. Hard to keep living room cool in August unless the lanai door open and the door to the unit open at same time. Parking space is very tight. Could barely get out of our compact SUV on the driver’s side. There is a column on passenger side making a very narrow parking spot two stories below the unit.Resort is really nice just off the beach. gas BBQ is a good 100 yard walk and stairs from unit and is often crowded. Will come again. Hosts very helpful.

Very nice place to stay while in Oceanside. Easy to get to our car in the garage, easy to exit to get around town. The walk to the ocean was nice and the amenities provided for a beach afternoon were perfect. We used the wagon to transport stuff to the beach. Very nice! Not a bad walk to the beach if you take the street then step over the curb. The condo was perfect for our stay. We would love to book here again in the future for a longer stay. The coffee provided was enjoyed every morning and the snacks were appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The unit was very clean and well stocked with the normal staples of a home. There were beach toys/boogie boards. I was glad to see ping pong paddles and balls which we used.

Great space in an excellent location. Communication was perfect. Easy check in and out. Condo had all we need and the amenities were perfect for families.

the apartment was clean and comfortable. the stovetop burners were difficult to determine the level heat, no markings on the switches. we enjoyed the board games!

Great girls’ weekend

Very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was very well appointed and clean. The grounds were beautiful and very nicely maintained. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants.

Great Place!

We just LOVE North Coast Village and stay there whenever we come to Oceanside. This place was clean, nicely decorated, and very well-stocked. We were SO grateful for the beach supplies: chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels. It was so helpful for our trip! Would stay again!

It was very clean but it was very hot and took a while to cool down, the laundry was crazy having to get an app to do laundry and I couldn’t park my truck in the parking it was so tight, but wonderful area and clean

Clean & Comfortable

We loved this place! It was clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and had lots of great things for the beach (wagon, chairs, boogie boards)! Ben & Chrissy responded promptly. We loved our stay so much and can’t wait to come back again!
